After doing a quick search, I found that Imagine Yoga & Wellness Center offered prenatal yoga classes during after work hours and it wasn't too far from home. Eureka! After my first prenatal yoga class with instructor Anu (who is also a mom!), I was hooked. I went consistently from the time I was four months until I gave birth at nine months pregnant. My yoga practice helped me with agility, stamina, flexibility, and breathing during labor and delivery. Even now postpartum, I am taking the slow flow yoga class to ease my way back into getting in shape. I'm so glad I found this hidden gem of a studio, where (quite literally) everyone knows your name. The community oriented atmosphere, coupled with the diverse class offerings, makes Imagine Yoga an inviting place, whether you've been a yogi for some time or a newbie like me.
