From reception through examination they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Even though the facility is very "compact" they make use of every square inch. Each step of the way is completely explained and every question answered in plain, every day English. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is due to the reception area and parking. The reception/waiting area is excessively small and not very comfortable. They do have a water cooler which is unusual and very welcome. The parking lot is adequate in size but very difficult and sometimes dangerous to access. The entrance is about 50ft from the entrance to the Tops plaza on the other side of the road and controlled by a signal light. If more than 1 car is waiting to turn into the plaza the only way in is to proceed further down the road and turn around. If no one is waiting, cars speed up just in case the light changes. If in need of hearing services, this firm is worth checking out but use extreme care getting there.

Just as important, my opinion, the professional staff has been more responsive to my questions about equipment maintenance (the first place I went to told me not to worry about it, "just come here" and they "would do it for me!! I've also found it much easier to get appointments here. The office staff are great, and sometimes I've even gotten help just on a walk in basis.

The last doctor I saw, brushed me off, said "You've been deaf for almost 15 years, what do you want to me to do for you?!" then practically kicked me out. Christine, however, has been so helpful!! My type of hearing loss is rather odd but she managed to find a hearing aid for me that works! She was very patient and understanding. She's also very knowledgeable about the products and will work with you until you find the perfect one. She explains everything in a manner that is really easy to understand.
