They left, and the truck driver arrived and said, "There's no WAY your stuff is going to make it." When we called Little Justins Moving to voice the concern, they told us to wait to freak out upon arrival at our destination because... you never know, right? After all, these packers "are professionals." Needless to say, our stuff didn't make it intact. When we called Little Justins Moving to complain, they asked for receipts, pictures, and invoices. We provided everything. Then... they hung us out to dry, ignoring the rest of our calls and emails indefinitely. We next looked into suing them. Since we moved 2500 miles away, this was a hassle. But we had a lawyer send them a preliminary letter anyway. According to the lawyer, they ignored it. Then, we filed a complaint with the State's Attorney General's office. According to them, they were ignored, too. Can you imagine? The gall to ignore the highest legal office in the land? Then, we filed a complaint with our credit card company. They weren't going to reimburse us for the damaged belongings, but at least they could possibly refund a few hundred bucks for the packing cost that we didn't pay in cash. They said that we would only get refunded if Little Justins Moving ignored them, too. Of course, they did, and we got $300 in exchange for $13,000 in damage. Ultimately, after talking with everyone in this story (including several insurers in PA), most everyone guessed that the reason that this happened is because they are not insured. I don't know if that's true, but they sure behaved that way. My only hope is that this review will help someone else avoid what happened to us. It was the worst, as are Little Justins Movers.

It has been over 2 months now since our last email conversation. Dwayne Wolfe is not honest nor professional. I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used his TV mount service before and that TV wasn't mounted correctly then. This time, I tried to give him a second chance only to have a 55inch TV almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now February 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. Original Review: Last year, I had Dwayne and his crew move me from Lancaster Pa to Manchester PA. The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. So because of that I reached out to Dwayne to handle my move to Alabama with a stop on the way in Maryland to pickup my partners things. Upon arrival she was told that everything may not fit. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.

But we…read morewere told by the salesman during our estimate visit that our bill would be adjusted down from the original estimate after the move if there wasn't as much work for the movers to do. Because we needed to decrease our bill as senior citizens, we spent weeks laboring and moved almost all of our boxes ourselves, the movers only had 15 small boxes to move- not our 3 bdrm household full! We also moved these items by ourselves before moving day: All our clothes, shoes, all our wall art, all linens, table lamps. 2 of 3 TVs, 2 of 3 mirrors, all outdoor decor (bird bath, bird feeders, etc), pots & pans, all dishes, all small appliances, silverware, serving dishes, food, every single item from kitchen, contents of all dressers/drawers, and many small tables by ourselves prior to moving day. No boxes or supplies from the moving company were used except one big tv box. The day after our move our credit card was charged $1400 without our permission. This, after we had already paid a deposit on estimate day! We were charged a total of $1,582 to move 9.5 miles and the truck was less than half full! It took a grand total of 3 hrs. I've written several emails to the company and the salesman and got no reply except the salesman said he forwarded it to the owners. This is 2 weeks and nothing back. And there is a nick on the edge of our white dresser in the guest room that came from the movers we noticed after they left. We also told the owners about that. No reply. The 3 movers were nice men and we tipped them each a $20 bill. We are unhappy with this charge and lack of communication with this company. We have used movers in the past and had very good service and communication but tried a local company this time. I'm very sorry we did!

I need to start by saying my wife and I suffer from bad-mover PTSD. I'm certain our…read moremoving-experience horror stories can top 99% of the moving horror stories out there. Given that, we were hyper-diligent during our selection process. We read as many reviews as possible before contacting any prospective movers. Once we narrowed the field, we asked two moving companies to visit and provide a quote. Weaver was one of them. Tony from Weaver drove 3 hours to provide our quote. He and I walked the entire property identifying each item that was to move and those that were not. Tony made recommendations along the way regarding best practices for packing certain items as well as informing me about certain items that were not eligible to ship on their truck. We then sat down and Tony walked me through the quote process as well as the move process, should his company be chosen. I asked a lot of questions and Tony had plenty of answers. I received Tony's quote the next day. Tony's quote was 30% lower than the other guy. My wife and I felt comfortable with the Weaver quote, so we selected them. During the downtime between selection and the move, Tiffany sent me regular reminders to make sure we were well prepared for move day. The day of the move, a team of 3 showed up. Darryl, Nick and Ryan showed up exactly on time. Darryl introduced himself, as well as the other two men on the team. I walked Darryl around and showed him the task at hand. I should mention, my wife and I have accumulated a lot of stuff over the past 23 years, so this wasn't going to be a cake walk for the Weaver team. Once the team got the lay of the land, they got quickly to work. No BS, no phones out, just heads down and working. Their pace was extraordinary. I ordered lunch for the team, and they barely stopped moving long enough to take a few bites and keep loading. It should be noted that these gentlemen started their day very early. They arrived in the early AM after a 3-hour drive. By midday they had loaded an enormous portion of the house. By the end of the first day, they had loaded everything but the garage. In this day and age when a strong work ethic is almost impossible to find, it was incredible to see three men perform so much work. I stuck round for a while to do some light cleaning, and inspect the walls for any scuffs or dings that needed to be repaired, (there were none). I then headed to the hotel for the night. The Weaver team was back at it early the next day. They wrapped up before 11:00 AM on day 2. Darryl and I reviewed the house to make sure nothing had been left behind and once confirmed, the Weaver team hit the road. One of the selling points for my wife and I was the fact that we would have the same team loading and unloading. We had worked with movers who brought on contract workers to unload at the destination. Take my word for it, that's a nightmare scenario. It was comforting to know Darryl, Nick and Ryan would be unloading our belongings at our new home. Immediately following the closing, my wife and I headed over to the new house and met Darryl and team. The universe had brought us rain that day, so the Weaver team was going to be challenged with the elements as well as the weight of the load they had delivered. They got straight to work protecting our house from the wet weather. The floors and carpets were all quickly covered with some form of protection. Once the protection was in place, the Weaver team quickly began unloading. We had an extra team member, Graham, today to help speed things up. The Weaver team quickly and carefully put everything in place. I'm happy to say that we haven't opened a single box with a damaged item. My wife has an extensive collection of crystal, and I have a large collection of cobalt-blue glass that belonged to my mother that all arrived unscathed. No dents in the walls at either house, no nicks in the furniture, no missing items. What a relief. If you're part of the sad, pathetic population of people who have been taken advantage of by unscrupulous moving companies, or if you're just looking for an amazing mover that will take the stress out of the process, Weaver is the team for you. I can't recommend them enough. First class from the office to the field.
