The workers were cold and barely acknowledged or made eye contact with us. Since we were the only ones there, their side eyes and irritation with us made us feel like huge burdens. I was just going to ride along in a double go kart with a family member and the male staff member watched as i tried to fit in the kart only to tell me that it was for little kids. Since none of the staff told us that the doubles were not made for two teens or anyone much bigger than an 8 year old, I had to exit the track and just watch my family race. The go karts themselves were decent but we felt so uncomfortable that we did one five minute race and then just left the center. Additionally, when my sister crashed, her glasses fell off and she cannot see without them. The same male staff member begrudgingly walked around looking for them and being irritated when she couldn't see where they were. After the race was over and the staff ignored every "thank you" and "have a nice day" we said, we scampered back to our car having wasted $50 dollars on a cold and rude experience. On the positive side, my family really enjoyed the power up buttons on the karts. We got a glowing recommendation from a local and we were so excited to experience this place. Paying around $9 per person for a single family go-kart ride felt expensive for what you get. The family go-kart itself was also much slower than we expected, and the ride was pretty bumpy, which took away from the experience. It was still a fun activity to do once, but I was hoping for a little more excitement and better value for the price. Overall, it's not a bad place to visit, but I think the pricing could be more reasonable for the experience.

My daughter won a jackpot on a game that was supposed to be 5,155 points. They only gave her credit for 2,000. The other child with us only got credit for the 1,000 point ball and the rings she had, so only physical proof of points. There were no points on the actual card although she actually won over 1,500 points on the card. The poor teens working the counter were mortified when I expressed my irritation over the disparity. I felt bad for the kids since they had already started selecting their prizes based on what they actually won and now weren't able to get.

My son was having his Bday and I wanted to do something special for him. I rented the video game bus and it was quite the hit of his party. The process was very easy just needed to sign the contract and pay half upfront and day of the party the other half. Roy was very professional from the get go, he was very thorough and explained the process and answered all my questions. Ahhhhh I am so bummed I can't believe I don't have any pictures of the actual video game bus from the outside. I'm also bummed that I didn't even get the chance to play video games I. The actual video game bus I was too busy running around during the party. The bus is so clean, it's well kept and they just reupholstered it. The kids had such a blast and my son's party was a hit. They have a variety of games to choose from. Very pleased they came on time and great to deal with. I highly recommend them. Would totally use them again for the future. Best of all the girls had a blast playing also so don't just think it's for boys. The girls alone were very happy!!!

So, two people in our party had to pay full price for no rides. There was a long wait at the front to get into the park, because only one employee was working. Not really sure what they were doing because they gave us a wrist band for the water park even though we only paid for the theme park. We were as confused as they were. We went during Thanksgiving week so the weather was cooler, but there wasn't much of a wait for any rides. Our daughter wasn't tall enough to ride everything (only 38"), but we still managed to have a good time. They have a lot of rides for the smaller kids. My wife and I enjoyed the roller coaster the best. We took advantage of the low wait times and rode the roller coaster several times. Definitely worth checking out.

We visited during the twilight hours and found the facility to be extremely crowded, making it…read moredifficult to find space in both the lazy river and the wave pool. The lazy river contained multiple pieces of debris, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, there were not enough floats available for the slides or wave pool. Guests are required to wait in a separate line to obtain a float from someone exiting the ride, and then proceed up the stairs to the slides. Since all slides share the same staircase, congestion is a frequent issue. Lastly, we observed some concerns regarding staff attentiveness. In the kiddie section, we repeatedly saw very young children (approximately 4-5 years old) bypass the employee overseeing the slides and proceed before being given permission. This raised safety concerns and suggested a need for improved supervision.
