The most unprofessional and greedy ski shop I've came across in my 7 years of snowboarding. I…read morebrought a friend to rent here and she got the demo snowboard package. It came with very old looking bindings and they claimed that it was all they had. Day 2 on the slopes, front binding became loose and back binding ankle strap couldn't click in. My friend was stuck on the mountain without safe equipment to get down, so she had to call ski patrol to get her down with downhill lifts. A fun blue bird day was cut short for her. When returning the gear and asking for a refund for the second day, the shop had the audacity to deny responsibility and claim that the gear was working when it was rented out and that my friend should've brought the gear back while being stuck on the mountain. They ended up offering a 5 dollar discount, when the old equipment they rented out wasn't even worth the 2 days demo price was that was charged. This shop does not belong in the ski industry. It showed zero concerns about the safety of their patrons and zero responsibility for the garbage equipment that they rented out.

You have to go there twice first for the pickup you got to do the 10-day the paperwork before the 10 days and then you got to wait the 10 days and then you got to make another appointment to pick up your firearm I definitely recommend make an appointment because if you don't you're going to be waiting for at least two to three hours what time I remember I was there for 4 hours with no appointment just waiting. If you wait with no appointment good luck and have your patience cap on. I highly recommend you go there and visit one day Nathan and Tabitha did an awesome job with customer service.

I walked in and immediately went to the firearm purchase lane. During the 5-10 minutes I sat there, nobody stopped me. It wasn't until I asked another associate who was in the ammo section if he could help me with ammo. He looked at me puzzled and said, "No." Of course I thought to myself, "Okay, maybe I should leave," but then he told me to go into the ammo line. Once I was in the ammo line, I didn't wait long before I was signaled over by another associate. This associate's name was Hudson. Long story short, we started chatting, developed a good rapport, and he ended up saving me a ton of money on range ammunition. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a positive one, and like I said, I ended up going easy on my wallet, which was great. I highly recommend going to Sportsman's Warehouse for any ammunition or firearm needs, given the knowledge that Hudson had after speaking with him.
