Our taste test was fabulous, the prices were within our budget and the caterer was helpful and friendly. On the day of wedding/reception the caterer was late, with no apology or explanation. We tried calling her when she wasn't there at set time, she did not answer phone. The food was not totally what we taste tested and ordered. We ordered lemon chicken, chicken breasts on the bone. We got boneless white meat, thin, dry, tasteless. tasted like chicken from a tv dinner. The salad ran out, not all of the guests got salad. We were told when we first met with caterer that she would bring salt and pepper. There wasn't any salt or pepper. Also she had told us they would keep the food warm as long as people were eating. They did not do this. SO disappointing, but thankful that the wedding/reception was a success even though the catereing service and food was poor.

I was given the choice of a table or booth and picked a booth. My server, Makayla, could not have been more attentive or helpful. I ordered a Chicken Club Sandwich without bacon or mayo, with a baked potato and a side of Ranch. Everything was served as requested. I really wish I had read my review from two years ago because I should have ordered something other than chicken. Once again, I found the chicken dry and difficult to cut - even with a steak knife. I didn't complain about the chicken because I was hungry and had already complained that the Chardonnay tasted like it was spoiled from heat exposure (awful aftertaste) and it was taken off my check. The baked potato was perfect and the Ranch Dressing was delicious. I'm sure I'll return at some point because Dundee is a halfway point between Ann Arbor and Lambertville - this restaurant is conveniently located right off the expressway. They asked me to schedule a call through their portal to discuss details, which I did for November 4. Unfortunately, they did not show up for the call. They eventually connected with me later that day, and I sent inspiration photos to help with planning. After that, I heard nothing until January 16, 2026, when Katie messaged me asking if I had seen her proposal. She apologized for the lack of follow-up and said she would resend it if needed. I informed her that I had not received the proposal in my spam or portal, and she promised to resend it the next day. However, by January 17, I still had not received anything. I followed up again on March 1, 2026, hoping for some progress. Despite the ongoing communication issues, I was drawn to their work because of the beautiful photos and event space they showcased on Instagram. I really wanted to use their services. On March 2, I finally received a response from Stephen, who explained Katie was attending a conference but assured me I would get the proposal within a few days, no later than the end of that week. Now, 20 days later, I have received no proposal and no further follow-up. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot comment on their food or event space because I was never able to utilize their services. I want to support local small businesses, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
