The food was alright, but to be honest I only for the fries so can't judge. The drinks were okay as well, I for the Moscow mule which wasn't presented very well and didn't taste as expected. The service was below average. If it's during happy hours I would say it's worth it but to pay full price would be a huge thumbs down. The ambiance could be better. read more

This place is fantastic! We were walking by and stopped in for some tacos and beers. Our bartender, Kendra, was fantastic!! She greeted us as soon as we sat down, and beers were in our hands promptly. She was friendly and energetic. Many other customers came in and greeted her by name. It's obvious that she is well liked. Went with friends for drinks and food. Only to get the worst service in Key West and the worst Bartender with a major attitude. Did not start off well with Mel and ended with us leaving. Never in years as a bartender have I met someone like her ! Had an attitude from the start to finish and arguing with friend. Whatever you do don't order water. They'll charge you $6.50 for a bottle. Cool outdoor seating area with a live band is always a plus.. but that's all that was great about this place. The empanadas were disappointing. They came out lukewarm and did not taste good. They advertise steak empanada but it was shredded beef. The vegan empanada filling was a cheap version of a pot pie mix. Not authentic, not even close. Don't recommend :(! read more

I've been sober for around two years now and ordered a mocktail and specifically asked for no alcohol. I could taste it had some so I asked and the server said yes of course it has alcohol... made no sense. They made our table pay for it anyways. Food was decent at the table, I enjoyed my surf and turf burger but a few other people did not like their food all too much. The atmosphere was loud, which could be fun cause people were dancing in the open space, however this made it hard to get seated and when we did we were put at one very small table for the size of our group. read more

The ambiance was nice and my drink was good. The food left a lot to be desired and the service took an ugly turn. Medium rare steak were medium well and medium steaks were well done. Francisco brought the wrong drink out by mistake but he included it on the bill. When questioned about it he insisted that we pay for it. Francisco also repeatedly put his hand on my shoulder which was not welcomed. If you do want to dance and have a drink this is a decent place. Hopefully Francisco was having his worst day and usually has a much better one! read more

Hi, old love to recommend this business but it's tough to do. The bartender tonight at the back bar wasn't exactly Miss Personality. Tried to take My Wife's beers and when she said she wasn't finished, she slammed it down. Had another Woman with us who had to wait for a drink, while this bartender waited on other men first before she could get a drink. We went there because it was on the Key West bar card, but it feels like a rich guy bought this place, put his Daughter in charge who has never worked in this business before, and she brought her friends along for the ride. Hopefully it makes it, but the first impressions weren't good. read more

Opened Sept 13,2024 Outdoor Texican style food that is great tasting with superb service and the music was reggae style. Drinks are good too. We went Saturday night 9/14/24 yes it's open!! Our server was attentive and management Don and Albert at the bar make this place a cool spot off a side street. Parking can be tricky but worth it. Went here at the end of our night (11:00). Waited at the back bar for service for a good bit, but they had music, so no big deal. However, after getting our first round, the female tender tried to take one of the beers before my friend was done and my friend stopped her. She slammed the not empty beer back on then bar, then proceeded to completely ignore her and her other friend until we purposely asked a server for a drink. That drink came with abundant attitude also. Then, we all had bar cards, which pissed her off even more!! We still left a 20% tip, but now we know why the place was completely empty on a Friday night-on Christmas bike parade night, to boot. And if you don't want to participate in the bar cards, don't offer them. Wish it was still Smokin' Tuna!! read more

I went to this bar/restaurant with friends on 12/6/2024. We all knew that The Smokin" Tuna had shut down, however we thought we would give this new place a try. The musicians were excellent. That is where the positives stop! We sat at the bar and found the bartender to be bothered that 5 people just walked in and sat at the bar. Her disposition was poor for a bartender. This was the first time we experienced this........No other bartender of the MANY bars we visited were irritable and unprofessional. Bartending 101 is the class that this bartender needs to attend. She needs to acknowledge and constantly be on top of her patrons with a smile. If they need a drink, come fill the drink. The bar was not crowded so there was no reason to sit there with an empty glass for 15 minutes. Also, never take a beer bottle when there is still beer in the bottle!!!!!! Again, bartending 101 explains this. We will not be going back to this establishment while we are here in Key West. Good Service with a Smile is what all of us look for. Your place lacks this.
