We had several quiches, finger sandwiches, salads, fruit platters and calzones. The food was a huge hit with everyone. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was not only responsive, he also helped me to estimate the right amount of food needed and he was spot on. I will definitely be calling them again for future events. They are reasonably priced, provide excellent food, offer an array of options and have excellent customer service. However, be advised that for a house party, you may need to arrange pick up rather than it being delivered. The advantages far outweighed the inconvenience of finding someone to pick it up.If you need a caterer, look no further.

Unfortunately, even though their website claims to provide delivery within 10 miles for $35 (which I definitely needed), Mark adamantly stated that delivery would not be possible on a weekend. Maybe they should say that up front. Why lie about it? I guess all of her business for over a decade meant nothing to them. They can't even deliver the food. Fortunately, we found a far more workable solution less than a mile away and the associate was reasonable and even friendly.

I don't know if I was starving, unhappy or what but this place and meal hit the spot and hit it hard. I thought I deserved a drink so I got a Guinness, which was thankfully on tap so yah! I got the bourbon steak tips with steak fries and opted for a garden salad instead of the green beans - yes, yes, and yes! Steak tips were perfectly flavorful and cooked just right for my taste. I really wanted fries and (unlike some of my family/friends) I actually like steak fries and they were cooked up just the way I like'em (crisp outside, not too mushy on the inside). The salad though, yah it was basic and yet not - all kinds of different colored tomatoes which actually had great flavor to them, and it was not just a couple but quite a few and they were "fresh". That is basically what I loved about the salad - not your typical anemic looking/tasting salad but with mixed greens (not just lame looking iceberg) and full of other veggies. The server also could not have been nicer (like I said I went through a lot that day so seeing a friendly face was nice) and always checking on us. I think we made a great choice in stopping here - it was a 4:30 on a Tuesday and it was busy. Good sign!

The staff is very friendly, even during the dinner rush when there are shows in town. The place is a little dark, but it's a pub -- that's part of the atmosphere. I started with an Allagash Ale while my wife had water. I always seem to gravitate toward the fish and chips, which are consistently crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. This time around, my wife ordered the fish tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them. If you're heading to a show at the Hall, I highly recommend stopping here beforehand.

Thank you for your generosity agreeing to deliver to them (I was many miles away) to the nursing facility so they could focus their efforts supporting their loved one. The food I was told was spectacular! Pleasing to the eye AND absolutely delicious. Carefully crafted sandwiches full of flavor, chips, and a beautiful salad. "Perfect 10" were the shortbread bars with chocolate glaze! Chips and cupcakes! Needless to say, there were leftovers which makes for a quick bite to eat later on. Local Gem! #grateful! 1/25/24

However, the bakery itself was rather crowded with some picking up an order while others waiting patiently for their food. I went for the tuna sandwich but opt'ed for sourdough instead of rye. The tuna was pretty good, with a reasonably seasoned fish and not too much mayo. The sourdough was toasted and held up well. The butterscotch cookie was fairly chewy and soft, though perhaps a tad too sweet for my taste. Check-in on Yelp and you'll get a free "pastry", so I can't complain too much with a free cookie. With a sandwich, free cookie, and a drink, I paid nearly $10, which wasn't too bad with the cookie. The decor is clean and a bit cutesy, without it inducing a vomiting posture. Like many writers here, the wait time is longer than other equivalent places. Fortunately I didn't have any more pressing matters that day, so I could afford a check on fb...or two checks.

Upon arrival to their main office, we had an "almost newlyweds" spot reserved right out front. Dish after dish that came out for us to try was so good, it was hard to choose what to not include - we loved it all! TCA was open to our feedback, and customized one of their dishes to exactly what our vision was. They also went off menu, offering pirogies to speak to my polish heritage. A month before the wedding we did a walkthrough with all vendor teams at my venue. Their expertise & professionalism shined. The TCA team asked questions that I never even would have ever thought of, and all the while further strengthening our trust and decision in them. Come wedding day, all we can say is WOW. The food was most spectacular, even better than the tasting! Each piece from the passed bite, to the charcuterie, to the plated dishes and the hand made desserts, they were each a true work of art. It was all beautiful and so tasty. Our guests are still raving about it! The open faced tenderloin gave us a bit of nerves in how it would come out temperature wise - IT WAS PERFECT. Our only regret - we didn't need to rent those steak knives, it cut like butter! You cannot go wrong in enlisting the TCA team on your event journey. They are THE BEST and should you choose, you will be so grateful that you hired them! THANK YOU TCA Team, we will never forget this. :) Photos by Lovely Valentine Photography
