What a hidden jewel in Buffalo! Great shop with hard to find gadgets and a big selection of spices from local producers.

I had a specific pan style in mind that I was not able to find online from Nordic Ware at the time of shopping and was actually able to purchase it at the outlet! If you don't mind looking through inventory while shopping there is a fair amount that are a good price. Even the pans that had deformities were in pretty solid condition. The staff was helpful and provided information regarding best type of care of the pans and how to cook with their cookware. I love that Nordic Ware is an American made brand that makes high quality bakeware. If I am in the area and in need of cook ware I would definitely come again.

I visited in mid-November, so they had autumn and Halloween things on mark-down and quite a few new winter pieces out. The folks who work here are the nicest people and they actually wanted to help me save money---how awesome is that?! I'd found a few pieces I wanted, and one of the ladies who worked there said, "I think we have those in the back," and took me to where they have the yellow tag seconds and clearance items. Here's a helpful hint for if you shop in this area: the uglier pans are apparently the ones for industrial use, meaning they are not pretty on the outside but the interior is triple-coated and will last a lot longer because they are designed for heavy use. Now, with all the goods in this section, you have to look carefully for scratches and dings, but I found things in good condition that were about $20 less than their 'pretty' counterparts across the room. The factory store doesn't sell goods online. They are all about the treasure hunt mentality. I certainly found some treasures!

The class pace is great for beginners and advanced chefs, and they have a great selection of classes. Note that they have you in groups of 6 - we ended up making new lifelong friends. I have also purchased croissant and danishes from the storefront and they're top tier.

I was greeted when I walked in and several staff members answered my question about the parking. Luckily I had been on the easy to navigate website beforehand, so I knew what I was after: knife storage and an apron. I located those and then allowed myself a little browsing. I think the sunny feeling was only partly sunshine through the windows; the lighting is very nice, and soon someone asked if I needed help finding anything. I also noticed the large cooking classroom. I got a croissant for the road in addition to my small purchase. I think this is my new favorite croissant in the Twin Cities! Up until now it had been Rose Bakery.

The first time I called, I was told it had left their warehouse and was stuck with the courier so I needed to reach out to the person who placed the order to get the courier information so I could call and see where it was. I told them it's not my responsibility to find the lost items. I was told someone would call me back about the issue, they never did. I gave them a week before calling back. In the 2nd call, they said they couldn't figure it out so they were going to credit my MyFund account within 72 hours. Again, didn't happen. I'm on my 3rd call now and have been on for 45 minutes, they still have no idea what's going on. I'm so confused and annoyed. I feel like I've been patient with covid but this is ridiculous at this point. I just want the items that were purchased off my registry or the money for them, why is that hard to figure out??

I was also looking for another item and I asked her if they might possibly have it and she took the item number down and looked for it and found one! She was very nice and patient with me despite me asking her to find two completely different items. Thank you so much Kaylee!

When we went to his store (which by the way was hard to find since it was located in a building meant for office space) the store was very small, messy, and disorganized. We could not even walk down one of the only 3 isles he had to look through. Lqubal claims to have the largest selection in the area. However, we didn't realize this at the time, but you can find more established restaurant supply stores that have more options with a quick search online. We did try to place an order which wouldn't have been possible if he didn't find his catalog. Long story short - it took a week of some back and forth to finally get an estimate from him since he did not answer all of our questions in our first email. Then we found out he made a $40 error in his favor on the invoice. On top of that, it should be noted that Lqubal has a slogan on his about us page that states "Brand name china for half price or less" / followed by "Volume Advantage Pricing" / followed by a "best price guarantee".... But when we asked if he could help us out with the total since we found the exact same items cheaper elsewhere - all he did was resend us the original invoice he sent us before with no explanation as to why he was not willing to stick by his own policies and help us out. I would NOT recommend American Restaurant Supply & Warehouse (ARSWarehouse).
