The lady who was helping us said she talked to the District Manager who was working in the store and we could get a 20% discount as it did not have a box etc. which we felt was a good deal on a $220.00 Kettle! After we got home, I looked at the item page for car instructions, and it said right under use and care: *For use on gas cooktops only. So, I Then called the store and spoke with the DM who insisted the company made no such gas only product and that if I was not happy to bring it back for a refund. Today I walked in the Store, and the DM was working and was so Rude and Unprofessional that they have lost my business. And people wonder why Ecommerce is so popular!

We purchased a demo kettle that came without a box or instructions and were told it was non-refundable. When we got home, we found out that this kettle was for a gas stove only, which we don't have. We were looking on the WS website and it was the first thing mentioned about this item. We called and were told we must be mistaken. Went in today to return the item and was treated very rudely by the manager after being told we were wrong to begin with. Know Thy Product, WS. This was a $200 kettle. Staff - 5 stars. Manager - 1 star. We won't be going back and I guess Amazon now has more of our business.
