However at the service counter this younger native i think girl was very standoff ish like she didnt like i took away from her phone time. she walked away when i wasnt even finished speaking. ( mind you, I waited in the drive thru first and they said I could not use Apple Pay. I happily obliged to come inside to pay.) I dished back the attitude he gave me and it didn't end there with him. He escalated. Relentless. So I was relentless back. So unprofessional, he was, in front of other customers. So much so, his manager had to grab him by the shoulders to calm him down. No apology. My husband has had the same experiences with Mike. Within 20 minutes of this final chapter, my husband was moved over to Walgreens.

Update: I had sent an email about this experience to corporate CVS. Well, guess what? The local…read morestore called me and now willing to replace my remaining supply. Once I got them home I did an experiment. I took one pill from the old supply and one from the new. Placed them on a plate and added water. The old one dissolved into foam instantly, the new one did not. Proof to the pharmacist that this is not all in my mind. I will be sending a complaint on this lot to the FDA. Coincidentally there was a large article in the NY Times about how most of the drugs now used in the U.S. are being made in substandard conditions with poor quality control in foreign countries.
