This place is dark, dank, and I have no idea how they let people use the bathroom downstairs in the bar the way that it is. The staff downstairs in the bar is not very friendly, my husband finished a beer and I was still on my first, apparently I did not drink my beer fast enough because I was not permitted to have another one because they were closing at 10:15 PM on a Friday night, The bartender if that's what you could call her, told my husband, " you can have another one" after checking the time, it was only 9:45pm, why I was not allowed to have another beer because they closed in 45 minutes is beyond me. At 9:50 while my husband, 4 other people and I were sitting at the bar all the lights were turned on, chairs were flipped up onto the table, and the drawer was being counted out, while we listened to the bartender on her cellphone making plans with someone and saying she was closing because there was no one there. Oh did I mention we stepped out for a cigarette before I was told I couldn't have another beverage and we were locked out with beer and $50 on the bar... Whatever you do, do not order garlic bread, it's cold bread with unmelted butter and completely raw cloves of garlic cut in fours, worst garlic bread I've ever had, I never thought someone could mess up garlic bread. read more
