We highly recommend do not go to this location I also seen her tell a vet that he had no right to keep asking her when he had only asked her twice and he kept walking over to true leave to see if they were in because she kept telling him that she was putting them in right now she's extremely rude to customers she has no care in the world about what you're there for only that you're irritating her

Process was easy enough and they let my wife come in with me since she was reluctant about how could marijuana affect my asthma and concentration. The place was too hot and it kind of made me anxious since the mask and the heat was overkill on my asthma. But put up with it and all is well. My wife did most of the questions and the physician was very patient with us and informative. Had to cough up almost 200 bucks for the evaluation, but I believe it is a fixed price per clinic. Then had to pay almost 80 to the Florida Health Department. Recently got my medicinal marijuana card in my e-mail and was able to follow the physician's recommendations and purchase what he thought would work best for me. I'm yet to receive my card in the mail, but I can use the email without issues.

I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but only if I paid in full. I already had a monthly membership, and because I chose to use this tool that is offered, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. When I finally was able to be seen, they double charged me for my renewal ($169 for Reevaluation + $29 for the membership I already had). I was told a refund would be issued for the difference, but it would take 24 hours. When I called to follow up about this additional charge, the rep on the phone told me she had no notes about my account being escalated for a refund-- and she'd escalate it right then, but it would take 7-10 business days. I've effectively paid $200 for something that should've cost me $29/month and driven almost 3 hours for the staff to be unhelpful and unreliable. The only reason I would continue to go is because of Vicky at the Sanford location. Doubtful I will continue to use this chain, especially when there are so many options for MMJ cards that are reliable and have their work in order.

I had to call their costumer service number & they were able to connect me with a different doctor who actually answered my questions & helped me. I then had this doctor text my personal number unprofessional messages after I talked to corporate. At first it was they don't have the right to raise my limits to "they don't raise limits at this location" to "we have to ask the state" thankfully the new doctor I was set up with took care of everything for me easily. The doctors at this specific location seem to be unprofessional, uneducated, and rude. Don't go to this location. I will be switching providers after today.
