Made order 3 days ago for delivery. No one came or called! Literally threw my order in the garbage. Completely incompetent.

Personally I cannot even rate it a star. This is my story. This happened on 11/4/2021. In my opinion, I was discriminated against. Amputee is DISCRIMINATED BY SURTERRA WELLNESS". I attempted to purchase my monthly medicine today at Surterra Wellness at 11115 SW 93rd Ct Road, in Ocala, Florida. Upon entering store there was a man helping a customer at the counter 25 feet away along with another female employee. It was requested that I put a mask on, which I politely ignored. My personal opinion in this matter is choice, at any given moment. To facilitate getting my medicine, I hung a provided mask on one ear but yet again, was asked in quite a nasty voice to "Put my mask on". Which I kindly said, "Thank you but no thank you." I stated to her that you should be more concerned about yourself than what I may or may not be doing. I stated, " I am wearing my mask and my ignorance to your request informs I am not agreeable to your request. Please just do your job and stop worrying about me. I am sitting in a wheelchair, 9 feet away with a plexiglass partition and you and your mask between us that will never protect you from anything. It's not like I was offered an N95 mask that would have actually aided in prevention. So when a twenty something twit behind plexiglass, with a mask, more than 9 feet away leaves me at the counter to get a face shield. It's not like you even asked if I was vaccinated although that question violates "Hippa Law". If you have chosen to work for a company and follow an unconstitutional rule or mandate, you were given a choice and decided for yourself. I, unfortunately wasnt given a choice. This company and their employees violated my civil rights and discriminated against me. I choose differently, because corporate rules do not apply to me, only to the employees. I could have made a scene but instead I chose to remove myself and my money from this dispensary. Instead I have chosen this platform, to inform each and every person representing this company, from the very bottom to the tipppy top, just how unvalued and unimportant I felt today as a patient, much less a individual, while visiting your store today. Compared to other dispensaries, the flower here is pretty pricey while having low percentages and usually pretty dry. The ordering process isn't great either. I've ordered here online only to show up and be told the product was sold out. It would be nice to be notified or called like other dispensaries when something you ordered isn't available. You also cannot call the store for any reason, you are sent to a call center. The variety of products offered here is nice but everything else makes it difficult to like this dispensary. read more

There are no dispensary's in my county so I have to drive the distance. I shop different towns all the time, Surterra Ocala isn't the only one out there. I've always had a good exp at this dispensary until March 21, 2021. This isn't going to sound right but hands-down it is truth. When I got home I opened one of my prescription containers and immediately noticed it was visibly shorter then another. I have a reliable scale. The 7g contents weighed out at 4.4. I called (ever try and notice calls go to a call center - never the physical site you have a Q of in this industry?) and customer service told me to send them pictures - and if I wanted to drive back and talk to someone at the disp I could try that "but it would be up to them". Honestly- in light of the situation I did not make the round trip back. It was late and on Sunday and I was done. But to this day - no one from customer service has replied to my email and attached pix! BE AWARE at Surterra Ocala y'all. There's truly something afoul. I'm still utterly shocked. A first shortage and the only time from anywhere ever. Check your goods before leaving. Weigh it out. read more

Hands down, best experience at a dispensary yet. Staff walked me through the product offerings, gave me a bottle of water, and pretty much treated me like royalty. The products are absolutely the best concentrates I've ever encountered. I promised the counter guy I would mention him by name but I got so high when I got home I forgot his name :) Kenneth maybe? Always friendly and helpful. There is a different dispensary closer to my house, but I prefer to shop at this one.

They always have my order ready when I arrive. I've waited about 15 minutes on several occasions at other dispensaries (when I ordered from home), so Surterra's quick service is a noticeable difference. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because their flower could be better (mostly between 15%-19% thc). Regardless, the prices aren't bad, especially with their frequent sales. read more
