The lady Kenda that works at the front desk is beyond rude and acts like patients don't have ears. She will insult you and treat you with nothing but disrespect. This was the MOST awful experience. This clinic truly believes in the healing effects of medical cannabis and is very professional when dealing with them about health issues that may get relief from Medical Cannabis. They really take the time to go over the different administration methods and types of medication to use and for what symptom to tailor a treatment regimen that will be effective for the patient. Being new to the medical cannabis world and the skepticism of the whole stigma associated with this form of treatment it really was refreshing how professional and knowledgeable Kristen the admin for the program has to offer. She and Doctor Gephardt are very involved in activism for patients and helping them find relief naturally. They care and won't steer you wrong. At the end of the day I'm very happy with my decision to go to the clinic and was able to get what has been a very wonderful addition to my health problem needs for relief. Note: Health Insurance doesn't cover this treatment and or the medication so make sure you have the fees involved for the medication. Kristen will make sure have your application to the state to fill out your application. Make sure you do it all online as it's much easier! Good Luck!
