Pros: -My first time in the shop yesterday, I was impressed…read morewith the juice and hardware selection. Lots of options to choose from, including dry herb vaporizers. -They've got a sofa, TV, a small counter with stools and iPads that I didn't use, and the shop part. Then they've got in another room a pool table and what looks like a bar! When I asked about it, they said they're going to be turning that section into a bar for customers. I am rather impressed; I've always wanted to find a shop that served alcohol and had pool tables. -I had bought juice there yesterday and, being in a chubby gorilla bottle, it exploded all over my lap and my vape in the car last night after they had closed. I took pictures and saved the bottle just in case I was given a hard time about asking for a replacement. I called today, and they said "Oh don't worry about the bottle and photos, we'll replace it for you. Do you want an empty 60ml as well?" I was thoroughly impressed. Didn't even ask for my receipt. -Staff is super friendly and seems quite knowledgeable. -They offer a punch-card rewards program! Neutral: -Prices are alright for what they're selling. At least for juice and dry herb vaporizers. I didn't take a look at the hardware prices. -I've seen better rewards programs at other shops, but I've also been to (and worked at) shops that didn't have any at all. Cons: -Rather a small store. I do hope they expand!!! -Parking lot is awkward to get out of, but that's not their fault. The location is an odd one. Again, not a con against the store though. Conclusion: This place has a lot of potential, not to say it's not great now. The guys there seem to know their stuff, and they're not stingy about replacing juice due to Exploding Chubby Gorillas. I'll have to see how the place is after the bar is open; then it'll probably be 5 Stars from me, especially if the prices and drinks are good!

I showed the young man what brand and model of vape that I had and told him I needed the pods and new coil. he proceeded to go get what I needed, he asked if that all that I needed and I said yes that was it. He took the products to the register, rang them up and placed them in a bag. I get home, go to fill the up the new pod and coil together and realize that he gave me the wrong pods!!! I live way out in the forest by Lake Bryant and I do not own a vehicle so the only time I can get to Bellevue is when I have a Dr.'s appointment then my ride will take me where I need to go. So I hold on to the receipt thinking okay my next appointment I will take them in to exchange them for the right ones, since it was his error I figured as long as I had the receipt there would be no problem. Today 07/01/21 around 3PM after my ride gave me a lift to my appointment we stopped in the shop so I could exchange the wrong pods for the right ones. WRONG!!!! I show him my receipt explain what happened and his response after glancing at it was. " looks like your gonna be stuck with those". First: HOW FREAKING RUDE DUDE! You know it wouldn't have bothered me so much if he would have said something like ma'am I am so sorry but our return policy doesn't allow us to return anything after 3 days. NOT "looks like you're going to be stuck with those". I was so dang mad about what he said and the way he said it that as I was walking out I just threw the pods and the receipt across the counter and told him he could just have it back! What good was it going to do for me??? 8 bucks down the drain not the biggest deal to cry over but your employees behavior and snide remark was uncalled for. I wasn't trying to get the cash back I just wanted them to make it right because it was their employees mistake. Rest assured I will make certain that I check before I leave a place if business again, I most definitely will not trust that they know what they are doing. I won't be revisiting this shop ever again that's for damned sure!!!
