Vickie and team were awesome! Happy they made this process smooth for me. Thank you so much!

Very easy process and friendly people. Would recommend

From start to finish, my experience at The Marijuana Doctor was honestly fantastic. Vicky is an absolute gem. Talking with her felt less like an appointment and more like chatting with a friend who just happens to know exactly what she's doing. She made the entire process easy, stress free, and had me laughing the whole time. If you're nervous walking in, Vicky will have you relaxed in about 30 seconds flat. Eve is not only beautiful but incredibly kind and sweet. She explained everything about getting my medical card so clearly and calmly that I never once felt confused or overwhelmed. She makes the process feel smooth and reassuring, which is exactly what you want. And of course, Dr. Blunt -- living up to his name in the best way possible. He was easy to talk to, genuinely listened to my concerns, and made sure he understood my issues instead of rushing through them. I felt heard, respected, and completely comfortable. Overall, the whole team made what could have been an awkward or intimidating experience feel simple, professional, and even fun. Highly recommend if you want great care, good vibes, and a few laughs along the way! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I had my card with them for 2 years and the doctor was SOOOO unprofessional. I would wait in the office for almost 2 hours with several other people waiting to be seen while the doctor sits in the little office on his phone. Then if you want to do telehealth it is impossible because you must see the same doctor as you saw at your first visit so with their ever changing revolving doctors they expect you to come back and sit in their office for 2 hours and DO NOT respect or value anyone else's time. This place was an absolute nightmare. I just switched to BudDocs in Sanford today and was in and out in literally less than 10 mins and the doctor was SOOOO much friendlier! read more

I've been coming here for many years and I would highly recommend this facility. Both the doctors and the staff are accommodating and friendly and they are always on schedule. They are respectful of your time and more than willing to provide options that work best for the situation. read more

Using Marijuana Doctor has been nothing but a hassle for me this time around. I drove an hour each way for an appointment that had been incorrectly booked for the wrong day. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but only if I paid in full. I already had a monthly membership, and because I chose to use this tool that is offered, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. When I finally was able to be seen, they double charged me for my renewal ($169 for Reevaluation + $29 for the membership I already had). I was told a refund would be issued for the difference, but it would take 24 hours. When I called to follow up about this additional charge, the rep on the phone told me she had no notes about my account being escalated for a refund-- and she'd escalate it right then, but it would take 7-10 business days. I've effectively paid $200 for something that should've cost me $29/month and driven almost 3 hours for the staff to be unhelpful and unreliable. The only reason I would continue to go is because of Vicky at the Sanford location. Doubtful I will continue to use this chain, especially when there are so many options for MMJ cards that are reliable and have their work in order. read more

I had an appointment today for a reevaluation and the experience was very pleasant and everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would choose this location and recommend this spot to anyone interested in medicinal cannabis. read more

I had a serious back injury two decades ago I've never recovered from. I'm also allergic to opiates, afraid of needles, and skeptical of surgery. As a result, I became a bitter, grumpy alcoholic with no interest in life, who spent her time sitting around waiting for the next thing to be mad about. Go back through my Yelp reviews as evidence. This doctor has changed my life. I was skeptical of marijuana at first, but in the two months since my visit, I have turned my life around. My pain is still there -- but it's not like this overwhelming thing anymore. If it were a person, it would be that annoying dude I had to tolerate in high school because his older brother bought us beer. It's not great, but it's the best I've found so far. I won't be the same, but I'm alive again. Another thing that always made me hesitant about getting a card was the bureaucracy. It seemed like a lot of hoops to jump through. But there's a lady at the office, I think her name is Vicky? She did all my paperwork, and I walked out with a card that same exact day. read more

Awesome clinic! Amazing staff! Handles all your medical marijuana needs. Fantastic prices

Reliable option for acquiring/maintaining your card, but if you need any kind of Doctors note for a job they won't give it to you. I tried three times to obtain a Doctors note to work as a cannabis cardholder and their office refused all times. I lost a well-paying job offer because of it, just to call a different cannabis physician to hear their practice has no issues signing patient forms whatsoever. Marijuana Doctor ultimately let me down and doesn't advocate for their patients. They just want to sign your card and take your money. I have switched offices and won't be back. read more

appointment times are scheduled but at the cost of waiting hours even past practice hours for the appointment. Not considerate of time.

To say I was tentative going into this would be an understatement. But after reading positive things about MD on another website, I thought I would give it a try. One thing I liked about them was they openly posted pricing on their website- they weren't secretive about it and didn't require me to call them to give them my life's story first. Their pricing seemed fair and also included any adjustments to dosage or refills if I needed. They also allowed me to make my appointment online. The location was about 25 minutes from my home, and I was a little nervous if it would be in a good area or not. My worries were so unfounded! It was on a major road in DeLand, not a bad part of town at all, and in a small one story brick building with a few offices that kind of looked like a medical building. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly man who took all of my info before I saw the doctor. A few minutes later, after the dr reviewed my medical history, I was on my way. The dr was kind and professional. MD inputted everything into the computer such as my license, so when I filled out the application with the state, I didn't have to even send a passport photo- my license pic was already there. It was only a few weeks after that and I had my email from approval from the state. I would highly recommend MD! read more
