This is a family owned business that has been operating for years. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful making suggestions on products. Today they helped me save $40 showing me how I could achieve the same goal by using a product a little differently. That's service!! They have a pretty nice selection and their prices are very reasonable. Much cheaper than Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. They are about equivalent with an online store once you consider shipping and the wait time. Just a note that they have moved over Christmas week from their old spot on Aloma and 436. Their new spot is at 1555 Semoran Blvd in Winter Park. That is just south of Howell Branch Rd on the southbound side of 436 across from LA Fitness.

5 Stars for a shop with all your vitamin/protein needs, with nice staff and great sales…read more We've gone to this location several times to grab the protein and creatine we like. They're large amounts, so the prices definitely add up, but the great thing is they have semi-annual sales of buy one get one 50% off, and they also honor/match discounts found on the online shop. Another cool thing is the level of service. I've literally turned to my partner and said "they do not have to be so nice here!" It's truly a pleasure. There are folks walking around offering to help and everyone seems in a good mood. Overall, a spot we'll continue to patronize rather than ordering online for delivery.

I came in here on a total whim just to see what kind of stim free pump they had. I was immediately greeted by Ethan who was very enthused and eager to show me exactly where these were. Ethan went over each product and gave me his personal recommendation. I wasn't planning to buy but he sold me!! After saying I was all set he wanted to show me around & showed me their proteins. He even asked me if I wanted a sample of the s'mores flavor. I said sure I'd love to try it! I was literally shocked when Ethan then made me an entire protein shake and gave me a free shaker! I figured it would be a tiny sample in a 2 oz cup like they do at vitamin shoppe. The protein was absolutely delicious! Seemed to have amazing ingredients so I will definitely be back!! Thank you Ethan! I am now a fan of max muscle after stopping next door at greens n grille for over 12 years I had never stopped in here.

I stopped in here yesterday to pick up some stuff for my mom. She just had surgery and was at home resting. But she needed some things refilled, so she gave me the list. As I walked in, Manny at the counter was assisting another customer. I grabbed a basket, and began filling my mom's order. Most of the things she wanted were easy to find. On a couple of them I had to call her and get clarification on the exact item she wanted. As I was looking for the last couple of items, an associate came out from the back and offered to assist me. He helped me find the last two items that I wanted. On one of them, he showed me two different options. I wasn't sure which one of the two my mom gets, but he told me that Manny would be able to look that up in the POS. So, I went to the counter and asked Manny for assistance. I gave him my mom's name, and he was able to find out what it was that she gets. He also helped me find another item that I wasn't sure about. With the order finally complete, he began ringing up my transaction. While he did so, he asked how my mom was doing, noting that she usually comes in by herself. I liked that he remembered my mom by name. Showed me that he cares about and is attentive to his customers. When the transaction was complete, Manny thanked me and wished me a good day. I did the same, and left, very satisfied with the wonderful experience I had at the store. I realize that this is a very limited experience, and I would have to go back a few more times to get a more accurate reading. But they made a very good first impression on me.

There are several areas where you can just sit back and relax for a conversation or grab a book off the shelf and read for a bit. Each night has their own theme - comedy, open mic karaoke, Wine down Wednesday, Dirty Bingo, Live Music, and Chronic Trivia. We were offered free samples because we were new customers, which we appreciated. I couldn't tell you about all the variety of 'chronic' items available for sale but they got them and there were slews of customers stopping in to purchase their favorite item. Nancy decided on a flavored shot and I chose a sample gummy for our freebees, and to support the bartenders, I also purchase two Jai Alai beers while we basked in the moment. Jai Alai was like $6, which is much more affordable than anywhere else in Sanford, thanks for that! They have a variety of specialty drinks available along with tea, fresh brewed coffee, espresso, latte's and more. All-in-all, this is a really cool spot to chill for a bit while in downtown Sanford. I appreciate the free sample and great beer pricing. We will be back.
