I called the office yesterday 4-29th because I needed to renew my medical marijuana. When I called I spoke with Brandon and he took my info and scheduled my appointment which was done today 4-30th by Zoom. Then today 15-20 minutes before my appointment Marissa called and also emailed the link to get on Zoom. This was all an Exceptional Experience and I recommend anyone to try it. I went to see Dr Rosado today with my brother for the first time. As soon as I entered the office, I immediately saw how well run and professional it was. The staff member who conducted the preliminary interview was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Finally, I have a REAL marijuana Dr., in a real doctor's office. My previous doc set up in a hotel meeting room in Lake Mary and I was only allotted 10 minutes, and when my 10 minutes were up they told me so. I have seen both Dr. Bennezette and Dr. Rosado. Both are very informative and respectful and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted, and they were many. And now I also receive actual instruction and their recommendation on what products I should try, as well as how to use them correctly based on my conditions.
