    Vegetable and lemon for pho
    Kathryn F.

I think that this is the same shop we visited years ago, but we are not sure. It is casual, seemingly family run, and can accommodate small groups. Service was friendly and helpful. Our orders were accurate, including special requests for vegan broth and no onions for me. The pho was not as good as I remembered (if it's the same business). I had the seafood pho with vegan broth. The noodles were a good texture. The broth had a bit of an off taste, but improved with chile paste, sriracha and hoisin sauce. It was mostly fish ball with two shrimps and some squid. My husband had beef pho, which he said was just not very flavorful. Prices are reasonable and portions are good sized. Your receipt earns a same day discount at I Love Boba in the same complex.

Woke up feeling under the weather so I was very happy to find a tasty Pho spot open at 10am. Service was swift and sweet. Ordered a brisket pho + extra soup to go and my order was packed and ready to go in under 5 minutes for just under $20 before tip. They even packed all of the toppings and gave me extra for the side of soup I ordered. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too fatty I have frequent at a few places in this shopping center but somehow haven't been here yet. The meat and noodles were packed neatly and separate from the broth so it was a smooth drive home to assemble. The hostess was sweet and made sure u had plenty of toppings I needed to make the bowl exactly as desired. Parking - the (free) lot is always tricky even at this early hour but I was still able to find a spot near the entrance.

This is exactly what I needed to help me get over a cold. The portions are massive, I added an extra portion of chicken, and they were not cheap with it. I have enough leftover for a whole other meal! It comes with all the standard bean sprouts, lime, Jalapeno, sriracha, and oyster sauce, but the broth by itself is well flavored as well. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Awesome pho. It was packed on Wed 9pm. Inside is casual and clean. Parking was a bit tough since it was packed too. I saw some leave after they realize there's a line.

Amazing Oyster Noodle Soup. On a rainy night after a concert, this was JUST what i needed! The seating is limited but I was still seated fairly quickly. The waitlist is facing the inside of the restaurant to the left of the entrance, so remember to write your name if the place is full!! Nothing to say about the food and overall experience other than REALLY satisfied.

Egg rolls and rice paper fried egg rolls are still great. Def disappointed with the broth as it doesn't have that aromatic kick it used to have. Staff and service was friendly but the broth isn't the same, almost as if it watered down.

Best gem in ktown area if you are craving some pho! Prices are great and service is fast and friendly! Simple interior but the broth and pho is DELISH!! Will be back!

Parking: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Taste: 3/5 I had a late-night craving for pho and decided to try this place in Koreatown. As is typical in this area, valet parking was required. I arrived at 10 p.m., and the place was still busy. While the servers were nice, they seemed rushed and overwhelmed as it was nearing closing time. I noticed that my table was missing a soup spoon, so I had to grab one from the next table. When I received the check, it didn't come with a pen to sign, which was a bit inconvenient. The portions are large, more than I could finish, but when it comes to taste, the pho was just okay. The broth was surprisingly pale, but it's still acceptable. I'd only come back here if my regular pho spots were closed or if I didn't feel like driving far.

Hands down! I'm super thankful for Thank U Pho because it is among my go-to pho restaurants for Korean-style Pho. For the past few months (especially during Fall and Winter), I've been ordering here for my K-Town style Pho fix. I tried their beef pho and chicken pho in the past and they have a decent flavor. Located at Oxford Center plaza, their restaurant is cozy and bright. In terms of service, I usually order to-go and is usually ready within 10-15 minutes upon ordering on the phone. On my latest visit, I tried their Vegetarian Pho with vegan broth. Their servings are pretty huge that I could only finish half, but at least I have some room for leftovers on my next meal. This Korean-style Vegetarian Pho has sliced cabbage, bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms and carrots. All the vegetables are fresh, crisp and not overcooked. Their noodles seem endless since I definitely need to use my chopsticks to stretch them out. I can't complain because they are firm and not soggy. The vegan broth itself is very earthy, therapeutic and flavorful that I could tell it is veggie-based. So far, Thank U Pho is my favorite place to get K-Town style Veggie Pho. Perhaps next time, I'll try to dine in at their restaurant in order to get the full experience. Thank U Pho for existing with tasty pho and I appreciate your business.

Yes, it is valet only but at night.

Are there a lot of customers here?

This place is always busy but the tables move quickly. Very popular on the weekends.

My group ordered the #3 pho with rare beef the #4 pho with rare and well-cooked beef and a rice dish. We did not expect the rice dish to have such generous portions. The spring rolls and the crunchy spring rolls for appetizers come in sets of 3 and had the freshest of ingredients. There were allegedly no tables available so we were told to put our names down. We waited about 7-10 mins and were sat. We each ordered the House Pho since it seemed to be the most popular dish, as well as an order of Spring Rolls. The waiter who was attending to us repeated our order which was (2) bowls of House Pho, Spring Rolls, and (2) beverages. When the food came out we only received one of the Pho dishes and one beverage. We asked to follow up on our additional soup and beverage only to the waited to tell us that we had only ordered one soup dish and one drink. We were very confused since he had repeated the order to us before sending it to the kitchen. The soup itself was lukewarm and flavor of the broth wasn't necessarily extraordinary. Similar to what others have written, it lacked flavor and tasted watered down. Pho should be packed with flavor and hot. The quality of meat was okay, but don't think I'll be going back. I wish I had nicer things to say about this place, but everything was disappointing. TLDR; overhyped, lacks flavor, and overpriced.

Each time I've come the waitstaff has been super friendly, and the food amazing. So, when planning a little birthday lunch for my mom's 81st birthday, this was one of the first places I thought of. My mom lives in south LA and we live in the valley, so after picking her up, we wouldn't have to travel far to eat. Although we planned to arrive to the restaurant at 2, traffic was horrible and we arrived at 230pm. After looking for parking, I dropped the fam off at 2:40 so they could sit and look at the menu while I found parking. I get a text from my husband saying they closed at 3 so hurry. This was news to me, as I thought they closed at 5. I found parking and rushed in at 2:48, to see my family outside the restaurant. Perplexed, I went in to ask if we could still eat, as it wasn't yet 3pm. No wait staff came to the front to greet me, so I walked in a bit and asked the waiter if it was okay to eat. The waiter said we close in ten. I said I thought the website said you closed at 5. I must have read it wrong. I understand, but it's not 3 and we came a bit of a distance and it's my mom's 81st birthday. The waiter, whose name is Jack, offered to ask the kitchen if they would still make food. I said yes please would you ask? While Jack was asking, another waiter asked me if I had been helped. I told him yes, that Jack was asking the kitchen if we could still have lunch. This waiter says, we're closing in 10. I'd like to have lunch too. And walks away. Yes, with shade. Jack returns and says it's fine as long as we can order within a few minutes of getting the menu. I say great and we all come in. The 2nd waiter takes our order with the least amount of personality he possibly can, and the whole lunch is slightly awkward and we're not able to truly enjoy ourselves with the feeling of "we better hurry up and eat" lingering. By the time we ordered and received our food (which was delicious as usual) , there were still 4 other groups of customers there, and we actually left the restaurant within a minute or two after the last customers before us. Also, no one came around to ask how our food was and if we needed anything. I'm giving 3 stars because this experience didn't quite sit right with me. Yes, it was near closing, but your doors weren't closed and there was no sign saying last call/order at 2:45 or anything like that. I feel like once the kitchen approved making our lunch, customer service should have been at its peak for paying customers, who gave no attitude and tried to be as polite with the ask as possible. It was not. I still tipped 25%, because Jack (waiter 1) was polite and my 81 old mama who I was celebrating raised me that way, but I'm not sure I'll patronize them again.
