    Prik king with beef
    Peter M.

Thai Valley, as the name suggests, is a SFV Thai restaurant, that has been around for a long time. It is an intimate dining space in a small strip mall. Its hours are limited, compared to pre pandemic days. We came here for dinner. The first plate on the table was the Pad Prik with chicken. Beans still had their green color and crunch and the chicken pieces were tender. The sauce had enough of oil (a must in my opinion), to inject a satisfying taste of spices. The Chili Fish came next, Claimed to be Sole filet (these were medium sized long pieces) dipped in batter, then lightly fried and topped with red curry sauce, coconut milk, string beans (a few), and bell pepper (a few). What was unique here, there was no gravy. Instead, each piece of battered fish was thickly coated in the sauce concotion. Don't get me wrong, it was a wonderful dish, with intense fragrance. A side cucumber salad and steamed rice, capped the meal. Excellent service.

First time coming here for lunch at work. I ordered the pad see ew with beef and all I gotta say is the pad see ew was pretty solid. Beef was perfectly cooked noodles were tender and broccoli was crunchy. I'll be back again to try out other stuff they have to offer.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I am glad I did. I ordered Pad Thai with vegetables and I was pleased with my food, it was really tasty. The service is really good and welcoming, which is very important when trying out a new place. I ordered to go but stayed a few minutes waiting for my order and noticed it's clean, spacious and homely. I'll definitely visit again!

As soon as you walk in this restaurant is so nice and cozy. It's cleaned and the decor is cute. I had the lunch special of pad Thai with chicken and it was delicious. Very filling. The Thai tea was delicious and cold. Very friendly staff. The food was brought out very fast. Definitely will come back and try something else. The food was delicious.

They're open for take out. It's pretty good. Prices are decent. I spent $47 but I got 4 meals out of it. The peanut sauce and sate chicken was great. I saw so many pics of the egg plant ground chicken so I ordered it. The portion was huge! It was my favorite. The pad Thai wasn't too saucy. The portion of the fried rice was also huge. Looks like they have great lunch specials. Can't wait to come back on Friday. Support this local small business or we'll end up with corporate asian food. Blah I uploaded the latest menu. There's so much more than the pictures show.

This is a small and unassuming…read morerestaurant from the outside and even the interior may leave you wondering about the food. The food however is beyond phenomenal. This may be one of the best meals I've had in all of the valley. I tried the Tapsilog bowl which had a perfectly cooked egg, savory Garlic rice and a great helping of marinated Angus beef. I'd love to know what they use for the Beef Marinade because it was out of this world. A flavor explosion the likes of which I have never tasted. One bite and I started devouring the bowl and had to force myself to slow down and chew. I also tried their Pork bun which was delicious. A perfectly made bun with delicious cooked Pork belly and an excellent pairing of sauces and toppings. I've had pork buns from other places and the bun has always ended up being too sweet and ruined the flavors for me, this was NOT the case. This Pork bun was in a word, Delectable. The staff was very friendly and poliete. My one issue is the price is on the higher side but with as good as everything tasted I'm willing to splurge to give my mouth a taste of Nirvana.

We decided on Oi Asian which had great reviews, so why not. First off, let me say that there is plenty of parking, however, the parks are extremely narrow for some reason. It was a struggle to get in and out of the car due to the width of the parks smh. Anyway, once we got inside, there wasn't anyway at the register and after standing there for a while, I noticed the kiosk so unplaced my order there. There were only two cooks in the back. We placed our order and sat down. The place was clean but everything seemed like it was do it yourself. The boys were thirsty and there wasn't an option for water on the kiosk, so I called one of the cooks from the back to pay for a water and he rang me up. It was pretty rough in there. At one point I had to get up and grab my own fork by reaching over the counter. Once our food was ready, one of the cooks brought our food and I wasn't really feeling my meal, which was the dynamite crawfish bowl. I didn't like the sauce it came with. I just picked at the crawfish and left the rest. As for the boys meal, the fried chicken adobo bowl was REALLY good! I ended up eating theirs because my oldest son didn't like it, which was great for me lol. My youngest and I tore that bowl up. Anyway, the verdict is, I may search around for other options but I know that if I can't find anything else I can always grab a chicken adobo bowl but the service was pretty nonexistent. That chicken adobo bowl saved it. OOO 3 out of 5

Service was friendly both times and the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered the pad kee mao with extra chicken (only added extra chicken on my second visit) and overall thought it was very good. The chicken honestly stood out the most to me because it was actually tender and soft instead of rubbery or overcooked like you sometimes get from other Thai restaurants (especially "hole-in-the-wall" places). The noodles had a really nice texture too. Soft without being mushy, and the whole dish tasted fresh and flavorful throughout with no bland bites. The vegetables were cooked well and still had a bit of crispness to them, especially the carrots, bell peppers, onions, and string beans. Everything tasted fragrant and balanced with a light tanginess from the basil. I also appreciated that the dish wasn't greasy or overly oily, which can easily happen with drunken noodles. I got the mango iced tea at 25% sweetness and thought it was great. Refreshing and not overpoweringly sweet. My only small complaint is that the portion felt a little smaller the second time I came, even after adding extra chicken, and in general, the menu leans a bit pricey. Still, the quality of the ingredients and the consistency between visits makes up for a lot of that. Overall, really solid Thai food with fresh flavors and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a place I'd keep coming back to.

It just did not fully punch through the wall like Kool-Aid Man. More like it knocked politely and said "hey, I'm seafood." Still enjoyable. Still worth cracking into. Just not a crab leg religious experience. The sauce did most of the heavy lifting. Spicy. Garlicky. Salty. Saucy enough to make you start dipping things that were never supposed to be dipped. Corn.
