Awesome little hole in the wall attached to the gas station! I had pad seew with pork and also crispy gyoza, both were fantastic. I'd been fasting all day and decided to order from here since the reviews seemed pretty good. My order was delivered on time. Everything was good. My only issue is the Panang curry had so much bamboo and orange bell pepper and not much of anything else. The wonton soup had like 3 wontons and the rest was zucchini and broccoli. The beef salad is on point. Fried rice was one of the best I've had. The papaya salad was alright. I asked for mild spice and the spice level was correct. This small place is located in a gas station strip mall, however the interior was clean and welcoming. There are only four tables available for dining. The food is certainly authentic Thai. The green curry with tofu was good, although not the best I've had. Pad Thai was okay, but maybe a little bland. The spring rolls were fried. Overall I'd recommend this spot for carry out. Lunch after a 34 mile bike ride on the Santos Trail Saturday Afternoon. Was looking for a healthy rice noodle Thai dish. This small take-out place in a service station plaza has a few tables. I ordered Lad Nar which is a real test of Thai dishes more so than Pad Thai because the chef must make a thick gravy sauce with multiple flavors. This dish was the best Thai dish I have eaten ever. Nice people, and the food was ready on time. I ordered the fried wontons and shrimp tempura. Unfortunately, both were disappointing- the shrimp tempura had the skinniest piece of shrimp in each- the batter was good, but I couldn't taste the shrimp. The wontons would have been fine for some, but they had cilantro in them (not disclosed on the menu) and that's not a flavor I enjoy. But I might try some other dishes after quizzing the staff on the ingredients. read more

Don't blink, or you'll drive right past and miss this tiny Thai gem. It's tiny... seats 12 tiny, but that's ok, because it's Thai TO GO. The menu isn't much bigger but it's mighty, offering all the dishes I was craving. We tried- almost everything.... why not? Prices are unbeatable. Spring rolls were light and crisp vegetarian 2 bite size. 6 to an order. Chicken satay- skewers of tender marinated chicken with a sweet peanut coconut dipping sauce Tom kha gai soup - coconut chicken comforting broth with chicken and mushroom. I prefer mine with a bit more lime leaf and lemongrass. Papaya salad so fresh and crisp Beef yum salad- great chargrilled beef flavor with fresh onion, scallions and carrot. Once again, I crave a bit more lime (I will be sure to have some at home next time) Shrimp basil. Big juicy fresh shrimp with lots of tender-crisp veggie in a light basil scented sauce... This place rules hard, the inside is nothing to speak of (and a little warm) like an indoor street food vendor but the people here are so friendly and they're knocking the food out swiftly and deliciously. We had the satay, tom yum goong, papaya salad, drunken noodles, egg rolls, and panang and every bit of it was the best I have had in Ocala. The charming owner, with whom we stayed and chatted awhile after we ate, also said that you can request your food prepared Thai Style for a more authentic, albeit strongly flavored, experience which I am thrilled to try. This little hole in the wall is an absolute gem that we stumbled upon during a road trip. Having traveled in Thailand I can say that their fish cakes are AMAZING! Even my toddler loved them. The pineapple fried rice was tasty too with a hint of curry. Drunken noodles were nothing to write home about but the portion sizes were and prices were more than fair. This was my first time in to the new Thai To Go. I ordered on the phone and was told 30 minutes, which was exactly right. I ordered the Chicken Yellow Curry with medium hot. It was about a number 7 on my scale, with 10 being "Thai Hot". The portion was very large, actually enough for about two people. Nice large chunks of chicken with a very tasty coconut-curry sauce. I also ordered the salad with Thai peanut dressing. The salad was typical with iceberg lettuce, very fresh, carrots, and cucumbers. It was huge also! I will definitely be back.
