My boyfriend and I had planned a spur of the moment dinner trip and we found Thai Time. From the outside It doesn't seem like much, we questioned if it was even a sit in place but we walked in and we're seated immediately. From the looks of it it's more of a take out place than a sit in place as there were minimal decorations on the walls and limited seating but that didn't matter to us because we just wanted some tasty food. And we got what we were hoping for! The menu has some pricy items, more than what I would normally pay for Thai food but I can absolutely say the dishes are worth every penny. I ordered the Thai Special Fried Rice and I can say without a doubt it was the best Fried rice dish I had ever eaten. It came out steaming and it was a great portion as well! My boyfriend was jealous of my meal! The drink and dessert options were plentiful and unique to my very white American self. The staff is very nice and our waitress spoke so kindly to us and even gave us some great suggestions from off the menu to better adjust to our American pallets, but we didn't mind because we enjoy dabbling and getting to experience others cultures and dishes. I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious traditional Thai Dish!! My boyfriend and I will absolutely be coming back any chance we get!! read more

The mango curry had tender pieces of chicken, perfectly sauteed veggies, absolutely plump fresh chunks of mango, and a rich flavorful curry sauce that soaked in the jasmine rice perfectly. Meat was tender and infused with flavor. Vegetables were cooked properly, with a bit of crisp to them. Not overcooked and soggy. Just enough heat in the yellow curry. Let me just say this. I brought a gift card for Thai Time to a Yankee Swap last year and it was by far the most wanted item, against some pretty serious competition. Thai Time is my favorite spot in Worcester. The service is super quick, and everything on the menu is a good choice. I highly recommend the stir fry! Try the cashew nut or basil. Pad Thai was meh, and included no shrimp even though the menu said it did. the chicken in the pad Thai was so dry, it's inedible. the appetizer sampler was a huge waste of money, only thing decent were the two small crab rangoons; everything else ended up in the trash. tom yum soup was ok, I've had much better, and ended up not finishing that either. overall, huge waste of money. I've been here multiple times, and the food good. The problem is, I'm allergic to shellfish which the menu has a lot of. If you are allergic to shellfish, you will have to wait twice as long as anyone else to get your meal because they always include it in the order, even if you tell the waiter about your allergy. read more

My wife and I eat here regularly. The food is delicious and the staff is very nice. Something happened this week that I want to share with everyone. It had been about a month since we ate here. We sat down at our table and the waitress came to talk to us. She was holding a ziplock bag with some cash in it as she talked to us. She opened it up and took out the money and said " this money Is yours". It seems that the last time we ate there we got the wrong bill. I didn't look it over very well and just paid it. Seem that we overpaid and left before the waitress could correct the mistake. She held our money until we returned and told us what happened. Now that is honesty right there. Most people would have kept the money and no one would have known. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food but the great staff as well. read more

Seafood Curry was tasty, but the squid was a bit overcooked. The red curry was spicy enough to make me sweat but not so hot I couldn't eat it. My wife had pad Thai which was average. Last time I was here in March 2016. There was hair in my Spicy Fish and the server did not apologize she looked at me as if I did it. The Manager did apologize. I left a 30 cents tip. The gross thing was that there was hair in my fish. The server is rude and bad behavior. I tried this place again on 7/4/2016 with my mother. The server just does not have the right attitude. The thai iced tea is good, the thai coffee is very weak. Overall, a decent Thai option if you're in the area, you want delivery, or you can't get a table at Basil and Spice across town. Sorry, folks, but I would be less than honest if I didn't tell you how truly awful this place is. The service was, at best, somewhat erratic (dishes coming out at different times), the $10 appetizer platter had about $2.75 in food upon it, the vegu (?) Dish had 3 small pieces of tofu in it (like it is one of the more expensive foodstuffs), & the "chicken" salad had the consistency of Alpo. All of the portions were on the 'modest' size, as well. The only thing about the place which strove for Better Things was the bill: they certainly weren't shy about the prices. The topper was the waitress who grabbed the completed bill from our table to add $6 to it for BYOB: I guess that this is their version of a corkage fee. Admittedly, not a huge sum, but pretty inconsistent when viewed in the light of other excellent BYOB establishments in Woo. Might be growing pains, but, if so, there's a lot more pain to come. read more

My boyfriend loved the coconut soup but the vegetable ( by vegetable I mean a couple peas) triangles were most upsetting, it should have been called curry triangles, it was not what I was expecting. We got an order of drunken noodle, which had a great kick, and of fiery pad thai with tofu, which also had good flavor (though significantly less spicy than the drunken noodle). The veggies were cut thick and had a good crunch. The portions were generous and the food arrived hot. However, delivery took over an hour. I would definitely order from them again soon! read more
