Ordered off the LUNCH menu and started with fresh spring rolls (our personal favorite), I ordered chicken Pad Thai and my husband ordered mixed veggie stir fry with chicken (without rice) and the BEST Thai ice tea anywhere!!! The shrimp spring rolls were HUGE, very fresh and excellent. Pad Thai was fresh and tasted so delicious. Took home half because the spring rolls were huge and so filling. Best Thai I've had north of SLc. At the end we were planning out what we were going to come back and get next time. The flavors here are fresh and rich. Loved the beef salad, perfectly tender with seasoned cucumbers, tomates, onions. Maybe the best one I've had. The pumpkin curry was excellent...except for the pumpkin chunks themselves which were quite starchy so I'd get another type but this place clearly can make a top notch curry. Service is a little slow but I didn't mind it much. However not a great place if you're looking for a quick bite. read more

Tried this restaurant when my sister was in town. We grabbed it as take out but when we went to grab it from the restaurant it looked really nice inside!! So we might have to try eating there next time. Cream Cheese wantans were cooked to perfection & a favorite! I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu. It was pretty good. It had good flavor. I thought there would be more veggies in it, but that's okay. My sister ordered Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) with medium spice. She said the spice level was perfect & really enjoyed the meal. She said the ratio for noodles VS meat VS veggies was spot on. Her boyfriend ordered Thai fried rice. It looked really good & he said it's one of his favorite Thai places that he's tried in Utah. Came here for dinner last night after driving from Oregon and I brought my appetite! I was just passing through town when I discovered Thai in Town. I ordered the vegetable springs rolls, which came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce and an order of the tofu pad Thai. Both items were very good. The springs rolls were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is just the way I like them. The sweet and sour sauce cooked the contents and added an extra dimension of flavor. The pad Thai had something uniquely about it..almost a citrus aftertaste. Perhaps there was a sweet and sour sauce used to cook the noodles? I thought the dish normally had more of a peanut sauce taste, but I really liked this version! The restaurant was clean and our server was attentive and polite. It was pretty empty inside which I was happy about since I was in road trip attire (sweat pants). The only downfall was the water didn't taste amazing, but I'm a weird water freak so it was probably fine! read more

Hidden gem?!? Yes and an emphasis on hidden. There is no large sign for them in the stripe mall (see picture of us outside). Know they are across the parking lot from Chase Bank. We found this place on Yelp because of their reviews. And we agree - great food and great customer service. We have agreed that we'll come back to try different dishes we regrettably couldn't add to our order this time. We enjoyed Thai Crispy Spring Rolls, Jasmine Tea, Khao Sho Chef's Special, Ba Mee Moo Chef's Special, and Moo Yang Thai Grill. We enjoyed these more family style than individual. There was plenty to enjoy and share. We share mainly because we're foodies and want to get a taste of more than one dish. We'd recommend all these dishes. But the Moo Yang was smaller if you're not a huge rice eater. We ended up taking some of the Khao Sho home because it was large. This restaurant has an elegant look on the inside. Ordered take out from here tonight and probably won't be ordering again. Very bland and not spicy at all, even though we requested medium. Had to add lots of Siracha. I like that you can order online and the food was ready for us when we got there. Taste is good first off, it's good Thai food. Portions when getting takeout leave quite a bit to be desired. I tried them again dining in and the portions were better but I'd love to use them for takeout. Too bad. The price is a bit higher than it should be also. Great new spot in Bountiful. We love Thai food and this place is definitely a place we will come back too. The wontons were delicious. Usually the wrappers are way too thick and cut my mouth and are really crunchy and hard to chew. But these cream cheese wontons almost melted in my mouth; they were so delicate. I loved them. We got a couple curries for dinner (pumpkin and yellow) and they were both great. They messed up our spice level which was kind of a bummer but the flavors were so good that I couldn't get too mad at them ;) So, I'm only giving four stars because of the order mess up and also because of the service. I'm sure they'll get better with time and I can raise my stars to five, but for now I'll have to stick with four. Once our food arrived, they never came back and checked on us once. The folks here are very welcoming and helpful and accommodating! For our appetizers we ordered: Thai spring rolls- $7 - well done you get 5 rolls with your order. Curry Dumplings - $8 - we really liked these dumplings served in a soup like sauce- there was 8 so we could all have our own dumpling ! Fried Calamari- $9 simple and good Entrees: Massaman Curry - $13 - good Pan Thai - $13 bit sweet for our taste Basil Stir Fry - $13 usually made with slices of chicken but we prefer ground chicken and our server was very accommodating and got the kitchen to make it with the ground chicken - I think this was our best dish for sure Dessert- $8 mango and sticky rice - good We enjoyed our meal and it was nice to have a Thai restaurant in Bountiful. The pad Thai is the worst I've had, no one in our group ate it. The Massaman Curry tasted good but runnier than we're used to and I'm not used to the large slices of onion. My husband and I moved here a few months ago and we have been getting takeout here almost weekly because the food is that good. I have tried a few different dishes now but really liked the pumpkin curry. I ordered that for takeout today and the pumpkin was so hard and tasted moldy. I called in to let them know that, I know this is out of the ordinary and I was disappointed that I couldn't even eat my takeout. The person on the phones response was a little off putting. Tried some take out for the first time tonight after getting excited to have some thai here in Bountiful. Ordered by phone but it did take a couple of tries to get someone to answer. Upon pickup found out that there was only one guy at the front and I think he was waiting tables too. Looks like they're still hiring so it makes sense. Give them a break . I did notice on some facebook messages they can be found on Grubhub but you have to click the pickup option or you won't see them. Prices aren't inflated there which is good, hate when restaurants do that. I will note that I didn't see the mango rice on there though. Food was really good! The curry is a little thicker which I like, not like the watery consistency of most thai places in SLC. We asked for no spice on both (0 on the 1-5 scale haha), yellow had a little bit and the massaman didn't, which is pretty normal. I'm happy. Tom kha was good too, it was slightly thicker than water, again I like that. They didn't have bamboo shoots but instead cabbage which I haven't seen often but we enjoyed it, quite flavorful but not overbearing. The sticky rice was what my wife was most excited for. It isn't as sweet as some places which could be good or not so much depending on what you like, but you could easily eat the whole thing without getting sick. The rice was quite mushy, but that's my only complaint of the whole meal. Overall I'm super excited to have them here and will likely go often. I look forward to the dine in experience next time. The food is good and the ingredients are fresh, how the service is truly horrendous. Waiting 30 mins before we get our food to our table food after we have already waited ten minutes plus before they take your order.... So at least 50 minutes before you eat any food. Also on our last visit there , we look up to see the times of operation on the website and it says it's open until 10pm, we show up at 9.07pm and told the dining room closes at 9:30pm so we say no problem we can we done by 9:30pm and yet they wouldn't seat us, and told us we can only have orders to go..... we then sat in the waiting area and waited until 9:45pm to take our "to go order " A date night is not to be had at Thai in town. read more

The first time we ate at this place, we loved it! Each time we've eaten at it since we have loved it less. It just seems the quality of food has gone down a little bit each time. As far as the bountiful area goes, it's pretty good, but do yourself a favor and go down to Salt Lake for much better options. I will say they do have great spring rolls! Great spot in Bountiful! So moody and pretty with the dark paint and gold accents inside. Staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Definitely on the milder side, but they had an amazing chili garlic sauce, almost a jam, that upped the heat and added to the flavor. Quite a delight! read more
