We put in an order for 2 spring rolls and 2 eggs rolls which were to die for. Perfectly crunchy, crispy, and full of flavor with great dipping sauce! They came out piping hot and delicious. I also got egg drop soup which simply cannot be beat. The soup was not too thick and not too thin or watery. The green onions were fresh. The crisped wontons had just the right amount of crunch. Now, my guest can often be difficult to please (as food must be extremely specific), but it's not ever usually a problem that a "good restaurant" can't handle. They handled it perfectly. We got the chicken with two winter veg, no sauce or mushrooms and add water chestnuts. It came out exactly that way. Perfect. Not only perfect but steamed to perfection.
