Had red curry with duck and chicken/cashew dish. Also got potstickers that were fried on all sides, which we decided we like and will cook ours at home that way in the future. Red curry normally comes with eggplant but duck was a special without eggplant. They were willing to add it for me at no charge. Also had grapes and lychees and pineapple, I think, which turned out to be delightful. The chef realized that she had left out the lychees and the waitress brought us a bowl of them but also offered to remake the dish, which wasn't necessary. Great service! read more

We love Thai but haven't had it for quite some time. This did not disappoint! Probably one of the best places we've been. I wanted to give the duck or soft shelled crab a try but got scared seeing it was our first visit. The wait staff friendly and informative. Decent food but don't order takeout on a busy night. I ordered and was told it it would be 45 minutes. I went for my food after 35 minutes, paid, and waited an additional 35 minutes for my food. Thai connection serves awesome food that can be adjusted for everyone's spicy level from kids to people who eat habaneros. I've tried a lot of different dishes and loved them all. Serving sizes are large so consider splitting with someone or take home for another meal. read more

Bad bad service We were seated and we placed the order of drinks and appetizers right away. Soon there were people on next table too . It took them 20 minutes to get the beer. And then they forgot about us. The table next to us had their appetizers, drinks 2 rounds and no sign of anyone attending us. Our patience ran out after 40 minutes and we got up to speak with the manager. He says, "if you had placed order with me it would've been faster ! " As if we had control over who seats us and who takes our order!!!! Then out of our 2 entrees they got just one and because we were famished we started eating (sharing) what we had. We had to remind them that we also ordered pineapple rice. When we were almost done, the rice was brought to the table and we just packed it all in. Terrible service!! I'm so glad we finally have Thai food in Columbus! The wait staff is great and always willing to make suggestions and explain new entrees that haven't made it onto the menu yet. So far I've tried the red curry (medium spice), pad kee mao, and the coconut soup and have never been disappointed. Service has been great the three times we have been. Cute place inside and the food is INCREDIBLE. Don't miss the Curry Masaman. Pad Thai is also delicious - portions are shareable for sure - HUGE. The only reason for the 4 star is the bubble tea ---- needs help. I have always been treated kindly here. The pad Thai was just as I expected, no surprises. Very good. The Tom Yum soup was above average I loved the lemongrass taste. Scrumptious! Amazing Thai food! We were heading back to Ohio and looked for an Asian restaurant. The place was standing room only during a weekday lunch. For $8.70 you get soup, a spring roll and entree.
