It's reliable Thai food, can you say that about any other Asian within 30 miles? The seafood is fresh, the Thai iced tea is tasty, the spring rolls go down easy.... Someone in our party found a bug in her noodle soup. It looked like maybe a baby cockroach or some other small insect and still had legs on it. Waiter replaced it with a different entree but gave no apology, no acknowledgment, and still charged for the original entree (but not the replacement one). Other dishes ordered were quite tasty. But the handling of the bug incident and fact that it happened in the first place leaves a bad taste. read more

We love the food here, everything is so fresh and flavorful! I'm extremely picky with cooked meat and am grateful of how tender and juicy the chicken always is. I like that it's thin sliced and good white meat chicken, not like the fatty parts and pieces some places use. The vegetables are tender crisp and fresh and the noodles/rice perfectly cooked and seasoned. There is usually one gentleman working and he is always so kind and accommodating to our questions and requests. He is quiet, but still very friendly, attentive and quick with service. The restaurant is always clean as well as bright and airy. We usually get the appetizer platter to share, then our entrees, which is a lot of food so we are able to have leftovers for a quick, delicious lunch the next day. We feel like it's a little gem of a place for the Ellsworth area. read more

We came to his restaurant after seeing the review but once we reached he mentioned that he can't take us because he is only one person And very rudely he said that we should leave and before coming we should make reservations . we are tourist how we will know that reservation is compulsory . By far the best Thai we've had in a long time. Great service , excellent variety of dishes (locally sourced lobster , scallop and crab for the fired rice.) and super clean. Their hours said closing at 9pm, yet at 8:20pm on a Saturday night they wouldn't seat us. They even rushed us to place a to go order. This is the worst Thai food we've ever had (and we've had lots)! The Pad Thai was flavorless. The coconut milk soup (which I've really never had a bad version of) wasn't even good here. Plus they didn't even give us utensils with our take out order. Horrible experience, horrible food. I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I hope they can learn from this, or that I can at least warn others. read more

Delicious! I always get the red curry with tofu but it's all good. Staff is friendly and takeout is fast.

The food came quickly. The Thai iced tea was delicious. The Pad Cashew was delicious and my daughter liked the crispy chicken pad thai. I definitely would go again. Service was good. Replacing previous Thai restaurant, companion and I wanted to try it out. They are open for lunch and for dinner, closing between from 2:30-4:00. Got there in time for a late lunch. Dining area is open and airy. Gentle music flows from invisible speakers. The menu has both favorites and authentic dishes. Companion got massaman curry with tofu, I got eggplant with tofu. We both had sweet Thai iced tea to drink. Everything was delicious! Massaman is mild with a little sweetness, good for companion's delicate stomach. Eggplant had a bit of heat. Both came with a generous portion of rice, a small dumpling and a small egg roll. Prices were reasonable. Two thumbs up! read more

A Cut Above.......when it comes to Thai restaurants near Ellsworth, or any Asian restaurants for that matter. This is a GREAT addition to the existing assemblage of dining spots. I've had their Larb Gai, Beef Salad, Green Curry and Crispy Duck (still crispy at home after take-out) and each was better than the versions you find at other Thai places The spicing seems unique and the salad freshness was eye-catching, even as take-out. We visited Thai Conic at Sunday evening as mostly of the restaurants in the area were closed. It's a large dining area, looks like recently renovated. There is no ambiance in the place as you could hear conversations of the tables next to you. Food even did not get to 3* as Chicken skewers were so dry out... my Thai beef noodle soup has cut corners from their chef! Thai Basil was replaced by celery greens , there were no sprouts in the soup, just onions and beef and noodles. Thanks god, the broth was good tasting. Rice was overcooked...
