8/12/23 Shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce ordered(to go with lunch). The service wasn't very kind or welcoming. Hopefully the spring rolls are good! Paid for the ordered and waited until it was ready! Luckily, the worker got much better! Said order was ready and handed it over with good day wishes. Think you! Pretty empty restaurant. They don't have it set up to eat inside. Pretty messy. Chairs stacked up.....just noticed leaving....take out only sign. FYI! Lunchtime! Order split The shrimp spring roll with peanut sauce was ginormous and really good! It was fresh and delicious and the peanut sauce made it better! Mother said hers was really good too! Turned into good service at the end and really good shrimp spring rolls!! Recommended!

This is my second time ordering from TC. My first time was a few years ago. I ordered two orders of sticky rice for pickup. Once I got there, she told me it was almost $20 I asked her to repeat the cost because I was shocked it was so pricey. I figured it was around $10 or so. If you've ordered rice before, it shouldn't be that costly. I decided to give TC a second chance. I went on their website prior to placing order over the phone for pick up. I ordered Mongolian beef for $13.99 (states on menu on website) and asked if rice came with it. She said yes. When I got there, my total was $18.xx and told her to keep the change from a $20. Not only was it not $13.99 but look at what I got! Did not taste fresh at all either. Not going there again. Lesson learned.

All the items we ordered were so dry, had definitely been cooked way ahead of time and reheated in a microwave. 1) Pineapple fried rice: completely dried out with pieces of chicken meat too tough to chew. 2) Steamed rice: also dried out from being microwaved. 3) Fried whole tilapia: the tilapia was small. The veggies in the green curry covering it were soggy. 4) Tom yum seafood soup: the flavor was good but it contained very little seafood. 5) Egg rolls: practically empty inside! We ordered delivery. When it arrived 2 of the styrofoam containers had leaked. They need to make the delivery orders more secure. We will not be ordering from Thai Chili again!

    Spicy chicken lunch

Was good, but I ordered during lunch the spicy chicken with sticky rice and it didn't come with a lot of meat at all. I'm a lite disappointed bc normally I get something from Bowlzeye next door and was expecting around the same portions. It's still good though

Since I'm in the Clovis area more often these days. Each time I get gas in the same plaza as Thai Chili I decided to give this Thai place a shot as they had pretty good reviews on yelp. When I entered I was instantly greeted by a woman. She asked me if it was for there or to go. It was Togo so she gave me a menu and I instantly wanted to see if they had ground chicken Thai Chili Basil which is my all time favorite Thai Dish. To my surprise they had it! So I ordered their Ground Chicken Thai Chili Basil, Pineapple Chicken Dish and Basil fried rice. I am not a one to eat Pineapple in my meals unless it is a dessert or snack separately but the boyfriend likes incorporating it in his meals. And I got egg rolls. Anywho, the order came out fairly quick. I could not wait to dig in as the food smelled amazing. The Thai Chili Basil tasted delicious as expected and the Pineapple Chicken was not for me but tasted amazing according to the boyfriend. The Basil fried rice was a little greasy but flavorful. The egg rolls were delicious and crunchy. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and food. It is not the best quality of Thai Food I had but it does get the job done. Definitely, a must try if you in the area. I will be back if I am in the area and craving Thai Food.

The raw beef laap, if I remember correctly they're the only place in Fresno that sells FRESH beef. Freshly butchered. I don't know if that is true but the beef quality was great. Usually I ask for mild and slightly bitter. (I forgot to ask for it to be slightly bitter) and they made it bitter, too strong but still good nonetheless. (4/5) Goong nampa, I was just craving something refreshing. This was okay. I could definitely do without it. It's 4 or 5 shrimps on top of cabbage and tomato with a spicy sour sauce on the side. A bit pricey. $13. I honestly felt like it was missing something? I'm not sure. (2/5) Eggrolls, these were your basic eggrolls. Little meat, lots of veg (which is the perfect ratio for eggrolls) I know some prefer a lot of meat in their eggrolls but I definitely don't. Super fresh and hot when it came out. Kinda oily though. (3/5) Pad lad na, I enjoyed this a lot. Super tasty. A tad bit bland but they have a ton of seasonings on the table to dress it up. (4.5/5) Overall everything was pretty decent. Nothing too crazy. I do have to mention that all the dishes were on the pricer side and the portions are smaller than other places in the area. I want to give this place a 3.5 but I rounded up to 4

It was my first time ordering khao soy I thought khao soy was a curry based dish, but my noodles were a pork based broth, still yummy though! The pork belly here is huge and served hot and super crispy, miles better than any other pork belly I've tried. The thai tea had an off putting flavor, like they had made it with soy mik? instead of condensed evaporated milk? Total was $83 after tax and tip, this place is pretty hole in the wall but even hole in the wall places have to charge more now to keep up with inflation. Great fast service !

A C Deli, one of Fresno's top-rated family-owned quick-service restaurants, has been serving the…read morecommunity for 20 years, including the last six years at its current location. The restaurant is a popular destination for Lao comfort food staples such as laap salad (available with pork or chicken), egg rolls, papaya salad, khao poon, khao piak, Lao sausage, and their signature fried chicken with sticky rice plate. There is also the convenience of freshly prepared and packaged meals to go, with all orders placed, picked up, and paid for at the counter. The Spring Rolls, filled with shrimp and BBQ pork, were a bit bland and lacked a true wow factor. The filling could have benefited from more aromatic depth with fresh basil or mint instead of primarily shredded lettuce. The peanut dipping sauce was also too watered down and missing the rich, nutty flavor typically expected. The Pork Laap, on the other hand, was excellent. Fresh cilantro and chopped green onions were tossed in just before serving, adding bright, herbaceous notes that balanced the richness of the pork. The ground pork itself was incredibly tender with a flavorful balance of fresh herbs, zesty citrus, and savory umami depth. It was accompanied by a generous wedge of lime to squeeze over the meat, adding even more brightness. The Lao Sausage was another standout. This aromatic, herbaceous pork sausage featured a snappy, blistered exterior with a juicy, textured interior. The rich, fatty pork was balanced beautifully by fragrant traditional aromatics such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, cilantro, and green onions, all of which exploded with flavor. The Mango with Sticky Rice perfectly showcased the harmony of its three essential components: perfectly ripe sweet mango, warm chewy sticky rice with a subtle salty-sweet balance, and a rich, velvety coconut cream drizzle. I also loved the Cassava dessert, and I imagine any of the Chè (traditional Vietnamese sweet soups) available in the refrigerated section would be excellent choices as well. Whether prepared with chilled coconut milk, warm coconut-banana pudding, or lightly sweetened syrup with water chestnuts, boba, or jellies, they all looked incredibly appealing. A C Deli remains a popular choice for fast, flavorful Southeast Asian comfort food. The dishes are inexpensive, freshly prepared, and packed with authentic flavor.
