    Panang (Red Curry)

Thai Cafe is under new management and the food is amazing. As an appetizer I would try the Larb. The Panang Red Curry is amazing and Thai tea I would definitely recommend. My daughter had the Pad Thai dish and without question is the go to dish.

First time here and it was a stellar experience. Do know that this is not just a Thai restaurant. They have a ton of sushi as well. That being said, we both tried their Thai dishes. Pad Thai for Husband and Drunken Noodles for me. I don't usually do alcohol with Thai restaurants because the offerings don't necessarily go with the dishes imho, but let me tell you...the Lemon Lotus drink here (basically a lemon drop), is fantastic and goes very well with Drunken Noodles that are just slightly spicy. Service was terrific. Food terrific. Husband loved his pad thai and very much loved his coconut cake as well. Looks like they do mostly a take-out business but do know there is plenty of inside seating. It's way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Note: location is right next to Shucker's in Wake Forest.

Much improved service on this return trip. Food is still as high quality as ever. Restaurant was moderately busy on this Thursday night. There is a robust take-out business so even though the dining room had empty tables, the kitchen was busy with a steady flow of pickups. Service on this visit was great. We were seated quickly, orders taken, food served in short order. Thanks, Cherry, for orchestrating the meal. Chicken Pad Thai is prepared here as it should be. A right-sized portion of noodles, a little spice to tingle the taste buds but not make your eyes water. Peanut-based sauce the right amount of sweet to accentuate but not take over the meal. Toss in some wok-fried chicken. 'Twas good. Pad See Ew is another favorite, done right at Thai Cafe. Wide noodles are sauteed with chicken, broccoli, egg in a creamy Thai-soy sauce. No spice to this one at all. Reminds me of an Asian take on chicken alfredo. Very delicious. Thai Cafe remains in the rotation; with a better service experience this time, will be back more often.

Located in same shopping center as Shuckers, it is larger than looks from the outside. They have indoor and a few outside tables. We popped in during lunchtime and service was a bit slow but our server did an ok job. The salad with ginger dressing was un memorable as the dressing was a bit on the bland side. The crab angels were ok but didn't think they used any crab at all as it tasted like creamy cheese only. I opted for pad Thai shrimp and it was good, however only 4 shrimp were added to dish. The flavor was good but next time I'd probably add some extra veggies to enhance the dish. I'd probably try again with different options.

Came here for a quick lunch on a rainy and cold day. I love Thai food so I set my intentions to find some in the area. I opted for the soup because it was the perfect day for it. In scrolling Yelp, I saw the good pics and decided to try this place out. So glad I did. The service was great and fast, the dining area was spacious on the inside, and prices were reasonable. The soup was an absolute hit and loaded with flavor. I only wished there was more broth and I had some to bring home. I'd be more than happy to visit again and try other entrees off their menu.

This place is convenient for us to dine. The food is decent and fresh. Thai Basil beef was very flavorful but the beef was a bit chewy. The drunken noodle with shrimp and very delicious. I came here very hungry and inhaled everything. Wonton soup was also great but no pictures. Service was a bit slow but overall wouldn't deter us from coming back. The ambiance was nice. There were Christmas decorations on the table with candles. Music was 90's pop.

    Why are there red onions??

Online ordering (there may be a glitch) I placed my order at maybe 215-218pm after checking out the site reflected to pickup at 320pm. 1)it's an hr later 2) they would be closed. Luckily I was ordering from the car in the parking lot bc I didn't want to have to go in and sit and wait but ended up having to go in anyways. Secondly, I clearly asked for the removal of some ingredients... still came with red onions and meatballs added to the order. It took some time to get the food out so I trusted they did their part and headed out with the bag in hand just to get home and they added exactly what I asked them not to and now they're closed. So I'll be calling back when they reopen in 2hrs. Lastly, the inside of the place is decent, clean, and has a nice feel.

Pleased every time I order. Service can be a little slow but the food is so good. I order now from door dash or a pick up .

The food is okay. The service was good. It was pretty big & slightly empty for a Saturday night. The music wasn't too loud.

It was Easter Sunday. Apr 5, 2026. This was my first visit to TDLLO Ramen & Sushi. There was a…read morecocktail bar and a sushi bar. I opted for a table (not the booth). The decor included dark wooden furniture, hardwood floors, door curtains for kitchen, and a ceiling lamp in the shape of a fish. On each table was a pale bottle with a small spout and a large stopper. This was for the black sauce, and the first time I have seen black sauce provided at tables in anything other than the small transparent bottle with double-spout cap. Next to the kitchen doorway was a black board announcing "What's New". The menu is printed on black-colored pages bound by black leather cover, which matched the black uniforms of the staff. I ordered my usual ramen: tonkotsu. It was served with a renge and a fork, the latter for those uncomfortable with using chopsticks. That didn't apply to me. I put the fork to the side and used the wooden chopsticks. The tonkotsu had three thick pieces of chasu, lots of menma slices, some kikurage strips, and a soft-boiled egg served in two halves. Though a little saltier than I would like, the broth was still delicious and complimented the food well, especially the chasu. It had a mild spiciness that caused slight irritation to my throat, but otherwise was worth consuming the entire bowl. It was about 11:10am when I arrived. Besides myself, there was one other party of two. The cocktail bar had two large TVs, one playing CNN and the other playing a sports program. The volume level was barely a whisper. Most of the time, I didn't hear anything. By 11:45am, two more parties of two showed up. The atmosphere was quiet the entire time, and definitely a great place to relax and enjoy a meal during lunch time. As I was leaving, I took a look at the outdoor dining area. It is housed in a patio next to the building. It has plenty of seating and is almost enclosed but for a cased doorway. I was impressed that TDLLO is accommodating to its customers during rain or shine (unlike Noodles Blvd in Cary). I returned on Jul 3, 2026, this time with a friend. We chose a booth and were served by a young lady Lexi. My friend and I ordered veggie ramen and shoyu ramen respectively. Had I paid attention to the picture in the menu, I would not be surprised when the shoyu ramen was served. It had two thick slices of chasu, a soft-boiled egg cut in two halves, lots of corn kernels, slices of fish cake and menma. Essentially, it was tonkotsu ramen with more ingredients. The pork broth tasted saltier than the tonkotsu's but without the mild spiciness of the latter. The saltiness was also apparent in my friend's veggie ramen. The shoyu ramen I had at S.E.A Ramen & Asian Kitchen (Knoxville, TN) had a different broth. It was shoyu, not pork bone, and the flavor wasn't as strong. In contrast, TDLLO's shoyu ramen had a much richer flavor. The saltiness didn't ruin the dining experience. Like the last visit, there was plenty of seating. The quiet atmosphere was conducive for conversations without having to raise our voices. Customer service was smooth. Lexi made sure we were pleased with everything. As we were leaving, a male staff gave us a polite farewell. My friend was impressed with not only the food but also the restaurant's decor. Once again, TDLLO Ramen & Sushi has my recommendation.

The staff was incredibly friendly, offered excellent recommendations, and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Our food came out surprisingly fast after ordering, which was a nice bonus. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, which says a lot about how well they maintain the entire place. The music was at the perfect volume, and the lighting and overall ambience created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. The food was excellent from start to finish. The sushi was fresh and delicious, with the Monster Roll easily being my favorite. The hibachi steak was cooked perfectly--tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The crab rangoons were the best I've ever had--crispy, flavorful, and generously filled. Even the kids loved their meals and cleaned their plates, which is always a huge win. On top of everything else, the prices offered great value for the quality of the food, service, and overall experience. If you're looking for outstanding sushi, delicious hibachi, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend OKOME. We're already looking forward to coming back again very soon!

We have allergies to sesame and wheat and the waitress told the kitchen about our allergies. It's an open kitchen so I saw her do it. We ordered a crab roll that was served with sesame seeds. We returned it to be brought a second roll again with sesame seeds. The 3rd roll was ok. We wondered if it was real crab or imitation and asked our waitress. She didn't know and asked the kitchen. It's imitation. Many imitation crab contains wheat. Again - ask ask ask. Guess what? It does contain wheat. So they served us both of our allergens. The manager came over and explained the hibachi they served us also contained wheat. And he blamed the waitress. When we explained that it was not her fault but the kitchen's he said he'd go ask the "chef" for his explanation. He returned and told us that the crab roll has gluten in the mayo too. He wasn't sympathetic or understanding of the severity but did go right back and added GF to several menu items that may or may not be gluten free The ambiance in the restaurant is too loud. The quality is on par with Japan Express but the management and kitchen's lack of understanding their ingredients and safe food handling and preparation combined with the arrogance won't have us back.
