Hands down, best pineapple fried rice that I have ever had, fresh pineapple and great flavor. Our daughter had the glass noodles and thought that it was amazing. The spring rolls are crispy and flavorful. Definitely our go-to for Thai.

My wife and I tried it based on a local food influencer's post, and it was a horrible experience. We ordered carryout at 12:05 PM for a 12:45 PM pickup. Upon arrival, four parties were waiting while the sole owner cooked without acknowledging anyone. When customers complained about lengthy waits and having to leave for work, I asked about our order and was told--with zero apology--to "come back in 30 minutes." The owner then shoved a long list of orders in my face to justify the delay. I returned 30 minutes later, only to be brushed off with a flippant "5 more minutes" without her even asking for my order name. After waiting over an hour and a half, I left entirely empty-handed. Basic accountability and an apology would have changed everything, but the owner was profoundly rude and unprofessional. Such a disappointment.

The tom kha was overly salty and the ginger lemonade was really sweet. Pad Thai and Khao soi were ok. Beef pho was terrible. Service was quick and good but the portion sizes were really small. Casual spot with reasonable prices. Definitely had much better Thai food but maybe this is typical for Thai food in this area? Note: The owner personally came out to apologize for the quality of the food and removed the disappointing items off of the bill, which I appreciate and was really kind of them.

As soon as I opened the container, I was upset: instead of the flat, wide noodles that are traditional with this dish, it was filled with very thin, slippery noodles, There was virtually no sauce--and no spice! I immediately called TT and spoke to the same man I had given the order to. He was jovial, but clueless, and insisted that what I received was Pad Kee Mao. I don't think this place is under Thai management any longer; I suspect it's run by Chinese. It's a real shame, because the veggies (though few) seemed fresh, and the tofu (scarce!) was tasty . . . and we live only 5 minutes away. We will have to travel farther for authentic Thai food.

Overall: 4.8/5 When: Friday 6pm dine in party of 2 Food: 4.9/5 - wow. I haven't had thai food this good in a long time. Thai Bliss is better than most place in Charlotte where I'm from. We got the shrimp tom yum soup, beef pad kee mao, and chicken pineapple fried rice. The tom yum soup was SO SO good. They gave me 4 large shrimp in there and did not skimp like other places. The soup had the perfect balance of spicy, sour, tangy and sweet. Honestly I was almost full after my soup but when my pad kee mao came out, i was thrilled with the portion size. The rice noodles were bouncy and chewy and the sauce was delicious. Some places overdo it on the sauce but the PKM was sooo good!! And lastly the pineapple fried rice. I didnt get a chance to try it but my partner loved his dish. Overall, the food here you can tell is authentic and fresh and you don't have to worry about small portions. You will leave feeling happy and full! Service: 4.7/5 - was greeted by a server as soon as we arrived. Service was very quick and they were on top of things. Filled the water often, bussed tables often, and brought the check over often. No issues at all, they were very prompt. One suggestion to make it 5 stars is giving recommendations to the guests such as "XYZ dish is a popular customer favorite here!" Or even giving a little background about the restaurant / staff. Vibe: 4.7/5 - very spacious, newer restaurant that is clean. Large windows letting in ample day light- i recommend asking for a seat by the windows if possible. Great spot for a quick casual dinner or even a nicer family dinner. Other: free surface lot parking

However, everything else, just no! Let me explain... The overall the ambiance was zero, I mean zero. Cold and harsh AND no background music, just the sounds coming from the open kitchen, fryers, pots and pans. We sat at the corner of the bar which gave us a perfect view of the kitchen, wow what a show. EVERYTHING ITEM WE ORDERED CAN OUT OF A FREEZER AND WAS DUMPED INYO A FRYER! Can you imagine an Asian restaurant not making their own dumplings and Spring Rolls. Even the sauces can straight out of a bottle or jug. Heck, I can go to the grocery store and buy the exact same items and cook at home and have better service and ambience (at least at home I've got music playing). The food quality was horrible, flat out awful. The Spicy Dumplings were so gummy they stuck to my chop sticks. The Spring Rolls were still cold in the middle too. Once we realized all the food was as frozen / convenience food we elected to go elsewhere. Also well over priced, approximately $75.00 for two apps and two beers apiece. Needless to say, we hade two trips in one, our first and our last.
