And she gets around the store too because I saw her again a bit later when I had more questions and she was very helpful. I just love it when I see people who genuinely enjoy their work amd take pride in giving excellent customer service. Eva deserves a raise or something! I promise I do not know this person (lol) but was really impressed and delighted by my shopping experience.

There's a huge selection of books and toys, a children's play area, and of course, a café. Prices are standard to any other Barnes & Noble store. When I called and spoke with a manager (I believe his name was Dan), he replied that they have had problems with people stealing the toys out of the boxes and leaving the boxes on the shelf. (Because the items were VERY small, I didn't detect any difference in weight.). The manager made no offer whatsoever to give store credit or a refund If I came in with the box and receipt. I suppose he has no way to tell if I am fabricating this story but he did say the he was aware of thefts of this nature at his store. Can you imagine giving a kid a gift and the box being empty?!?! He offered no sympathy. Very poor customer service. Otherwise, the store was clean and nice.
