Let me tell you, I'm obsessive about my hair and I really took time to carefully pick my stylist. After checking their website, I registered for a haircut with Lynzy. She was so so nice and welcoming. She took her time to explain everything from A-Z. I have thick, coarse and curly hair, which are hard to manage. But I left the salon with an amazing haircut and nice blow-out. I was under the impression that they use generous amount of products on your hair and the quality is top-notch ! The smell of those products are just divine. You can purchase most of the products inside. I purchased something by Lynzy's recommendation and can't wait to use it. Overall the ambiance of this place is amazing and definitely raised my mood. They also offer nail services, facials and they even do eyelash extensions. I already recommended this place to my friends and will be back myself too.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I was in and out in just 45 minutes for both services. The makeup was not at all what I expected and, in my opinion, made me look like a complete clown. My hair was also completely flat and did not hold any style. The total cost was over $250, which made the experience even more disappointing. I attempted to contact someone on two separate occasions to discuss my concerns and my dissatisfaction with the services, but I never received a response. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to the services provided and the complete lack of customer service have left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I was finally able to get in to see her today. (I had to reschedule and then she had to reschedule.) i wanted blonde highlights and she did such a great job with my hair. The price was right too! Whatever was on my head first, bothered my ode a bit. Hannah mixed honey and butter coloring. The highlights look great and she made my hair look wavy and cute with her pink flatiron. She said my hair was still healthy so I decided not to get a cut today. Next time I'll get highlights and a cut. The bathrooms are nice here. The salon is well lit. They have a downstairs for their non-hair services. The receptionists were super nice and the salon is very clean. I'm happy with the work Hannah did today and I can't wait to return.

I called late yesterday, just before they closed to see if they could fit me in for a cut and color. The receptionist said Amber could help me at 12:45. The downstairs has a receptionist right when you walk in. Behind her is an area for cutting and styling hair. The salon is chic and set up well. Amber is a great conversationalist. I wasn't stressed at all during my visit and the time spent there went by very quickly. I had her highlight my hair with blonde highlights and cut an inch and a half off. She did a really great job. Corto's (they have 3 locations, I chose the one in South Buffalo) was able to get me in last minute, so I chose them.. $35 was a bit steep for a haircut but I wanted it, so I splurged! Abby was my hair stylist and she had a great, bubbly personality yet knowledgeable about her craft..... I wanted a short cut with layers and she suggested I try it without layers at first since I have thinner hair because it would be pretty full at that length already. She was right and the length was exactly what I had in mind. The whole wash/cut/style took about 45 minutes , long enough for attention to detail but not too long to take up too much of my afternoon. I was very appreciative of the scalp massage too. Color at Corto's is pricy but I would pay the money to get a cute cut from Abby again!

I started seeing her several years ago per the recommendation of a friend who, with Shannon's help, let her natural grey grow out and looked phenomenal the entire time of her transformation. I wanted the same experience and Shannon did not disappoint. We started with cutting my hair a little shorter than usual - to just below my ear lobes. Shannon added lowlights to tone down the existing full head brown dye and let my natural grey/white areas work as highlights. Then she gradually cut off the brassy-blond left over from coloring and let my hair grow longer again. Now I have shoulder length grey hair with natural white-silver highlights and am loving it! Others seem to also, given the ample compliments I still receive. Jan B.
