I finally made an appointment with another salon to fix the mess. I've called 4 times, and emailed, I did get a call from the girl that did the bad job basically calling me a liar talking about bangs and that was not the issue. 8 days later I finally get a call from the owner Cecelia and she didn't care at all. She said she would try to fix it but, I already had an appointment elsewhere and honestly don't trust them to do it. Then she just hung up on me.
