It slowly got worse with time until we realized that our own attempts to get rid of the problem were useless. We scheduled a service with Bugs or Us and have been completely satisfied with what they have provided. Everyone has been incredibly helpful throughout the time of getting our house serviced and their staff has been responsive and detailed in getting our service set up. We purchased the "warranty" with our service as we knew that German roaches are difficult to get rid of and they advised to do so in the event that they kept popping up. If you have ever had German roaches or attempted to get rid of them, then you know one time is not enough especially once you start seeing the little ones crawling around. They have come out three times to service our home. Every experience has been professional and overall great. We still have time left in our 90 days for them to come again and they clearly have no issue with using the warranty. We currently have not seen one roach or even a dead body in a couple of weeks.
