I felt the proposal was focused on only what was needed, which made the proposal an affordable option for me when compared to others. The install was delayed a day by weather, so the crew worked on it the next day. They completed the installation of all piers (to include two breakouts in the driveway) and cleaned up all in one business day. They left the site cleaned up and the breakouts were filled with fresh concrete. Overall a professional job. I will keep Supreme Foundation in mind if I need more pier work done in the future.

From the initial contact, scheduling a consultation through the completion of the foundation lift…read moreand clean-up, I have nothing but positive things to say about this business model. Krista created a practical project plan tailored to my vision for the future of the property. She explained all aspects fully and responded quickly to multiple contacts from me to ask additional questions. Most of my questions were to compare materials and methods between my top two candidates for the project. I discovered that the items that made the other bid more expensive really made the job easier for their crew, but did not provide greater value to me. I had two crews for my project working inside, placing 7 piers, and outside, placing 18 piers. All the crew members were very quiet, polite and kept things very clean throughout the two days. I appreciate all the hard work done by Chris, Christopher, Justin, Glenn, and Dariun. Jairo, John, Michael, Antonio, Alejandro, and Humberto took extra care to keep everything progressing smoothly while responding to my questions or concerns. I did end up having some plumbing issues that were caused by the foundation lift. This was explained to me in detail before the project. The damage occurred during the lift and not during the preparations by Risen. I was so glad that I had chosen Risen, as I still had funds left for all subsequent repairs. 5-stars!

After seeing my previous Yelp review, folks from Groundworks responded very quickly. They…read morescheduled repair work within days. Their crew showed up on time, fixed the problems that they had noted in their inspection of the foundation, and added pressure (I am not sure I am expressing or describing the work that they did correctly) to some of the piers that they installed. The crew that came was courteous and fast. The workers were cool. The left the concrete almost as they found it. I think, and I hope, that the problem with the foundation has been taken care of. I think time will tell, because the problem has been movement of the house, and they did the work last Friday, so it is too early to tell whether the house will move again in the near future. We'll see. They called to check whether I was satisfied with the work. And they asked me to update my review. I think it is fair to do so, because they came and did the work. But again, I really hope that the work will keep the house stable from here on. And they did all this without it costing me a cent, so they are honoring the warranty. I will be very happy is the house stays stable from here on.

They were willing to accept the accountability for their part and negotiated in good faith. It took some time but I am happy with the resolution. Melinda

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Bless Foundation Repair Inc. and their…read morecrew. They came highly referred to me through a close colleague of mine that has utilized their services for several of his firm's projects over the years and has never encountered an issue with the work rendered or customer service. I'm not going to lie, I was ever-so-slightly skeptical because the company doesn't even have a website, but upon meeting "Ronnie" and the subsequent follow-ups between him and the office, it was very evident to me that this company doesn't need flashy websites or advertising to attract more business, they've built their strong reputation by good ol' fashioned word of mouth referrals period. They're not a "fly-by" business that's here in town to grab your money while offering you a so-called "warranty", only to find that they've eithor closed or skipped town...they've been going strong for several decades and I can see why. It's no secret that house repairs in general can add up quickly and be costly, especially in the case of major plumbing/electrical issues or foundation leveling, so I can't express how relieved and thankful I was to not be subjected to high-stress, pushy sales pitches or consequent calls and most importantly, to not be upsold on services or repairs that I didn't need. This sounds cliche and it might not matter to some, but I genuinely felt like Ronnie cared deeply about the actual work he was doing and that the final results had to be perfect. I had peace of mind throughout the entire process, from the physical inspection, same day free estimate, fair & reasonable price, to follow-up questions and valuable insight on foundation maintenance; Ronnie is truly an expert in the field and a great, honest, ethical, professional gentleman!

The first company sent me out a predatory/pushy salesman who quoted me $21000+. Then Jarred Peeples from Olshan showed up and did his inspection and suggested nothing was wrong. He said one of Olshans core values is integrity. That being said I live almost two hrs away and I do believe they get paid off commission so what would be benefit telling me nothing was wrong. Absolutely Nothing. I then had a independent structural engineer come out and he agreed with everything Jarred told me. Jarred is honest, trustworthy and most of all has integrity. Thank you sir I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back out if needed.

Extremely Disappointed -- Drainage System Failed, No Accountability…read more We hired Olshan Foundation Repair in 2022 to install a drainage system through their irrigation and drainage division. At the time, the system was never tested, but since we experienced 15 months with virtually no measurable rain, there was no immediate way to assess its effectiveness. Unfortunately, when we finally did get two significant rain events recently, the drainage system failed completely -- resulting in water entering our home. Prior to the most recent rain, their own sales rep came out to inspect the setup and admitted that their original design wasn't working as intended. Their solution? Ask us to spend an additional $5,800 on surface drains, despite the fact that we already spent $10,000 on a system that still doesn't work. Even more frustrating is that they acknowledge their system's failure, yet refuse to take reasonable steps to correct or stand behind their work. They're not interested in working with us to find a fair resolution -- just selling us more fixes to a problem they created. Adding insult to injury, I referred two major foundation repair jobs to Olshan, each totaling over $20,000. That's more than $40,000 in business sent their way -- and yet when we need help with a failed system they designed, we're left out in the rain (literally). I would not recommend Olshan for drainage work. They over-promise, under-deliver, and refuse to take proper responsibility for poor design and faulty performance. Anthony O'Neal / Jason Posey
