After placing my order. I noticed how close I was to this location and decided to stop in before my order was ready for pickup. I was greeted by Joann the front store attendant. She was so polite, kind, happy and ready to assist in anyone possible. I explained about placing an order online and requesting to pickup before it was ready. I even offered to go on the shelves myself and fetch the items. The moral of the coupon was in order to redeem the order needed to be placed online for delivery or pickup in store. JOANN notified me she would contact manager and see what is the best plan to assist me. Now let me digress for one moment. I noticed an African AMerican lady working diligently in the store, picking flowers, organizing store, answering phone and fulfilling orders. I was impressed with her resilience ; however, I was thinking she has to be EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH. Unbeknownst to me she was the manager I was waiting on to fulfill my order. She politely asked some questions and assisted me immediately. I had already shopped for the items, she apologized for not hearing the device chime to notify of a new order. I was not in a hurry and politely told her I was more impressed with her working skills than worrying about my products. MRS DONNA was the best with whom I have ever encountered at this location. The store was clean, quiet, calm and friendly. No matter who walked in the door they were both eager to help and provide assistance.

The store is jammed with such a large variety of items that I can't find the appropriate category which to label them. The store has something of interest for everyone. It appears to feature small businesses in kiosk size stations of clothes, sauces, jellies, seasonal items, home decorations and the list goes on forever. The store draws you in to explore looking for what you'll find around the corner or next isle. This isn't my typical style of shopping so I can't determine whether the items represent a good value, however, I didn't go into sticker shock at any point.

As for the vendors that are there, I feel like painted tree should do a better job veting who can get a booth. Some of the items looked like they were just from Harwin. If you go down the main middle aisle it's usually the best vendors. Once you go further away from the center the weirder things get. Because it has a bunch of random vendors you can sometimes find a dress at more than one vendor and just check prices and grab the cheapest one. Happened to me today. Vendor right across the aisle had the same dress for $10 cheaper. The dressing rooms are clean and sometimes they have a live band in the back of the store. You can find so many items here and the prices depending on the vendor can be really great! I guess it's kind of like a flea market but for boutiques or vendors. If you come just wear comfy shoes cause you will be walking a lot!!

It was such a splendid service moment in time that I really don't know where to begin. I sat in car for a minute contemplating on what I wanted to buy, prepare my BBW app (Horrible service and WIFI we all know so Well once you reach any register) and also have a list ready. Well as I begin walking to the door, I was being nosey watching a couple leave PETS SMART training their dog in the parking lot. As I walked in , there was an associate who appeared to be trained at CHICK FIL A (SHANEKA), who greeted me with a smile, bubbly attitude, basket in hand and already showcasing the new scents samples. FREE SMELLS EVERYONE!!!! CHILE SHE ALMOST MADE ME BUY THE WHOLE STORE. She was knowledgeable, courteous, kind, sweet and mostly exemplified patience. She showcased patience by offering several scents while making the best decision. Then I called my boyfriend on FACETIME to ask if he needed any more scents and he of course he needed more (WHY DID I OFFER). She politely listen to all his request, offered him to try new scents, and of course encouraged him to buy the whole store also. We were able to find all of his request except one item which I was able to locate at another store, then I proceeded to find my items. As I was shopping I overheard her talking to another guest in the store and you could tell he was not having a pleasant day. I heard her offer him encouragement, assist with his shopping and before he left he was smiling and thanked her for cheering him up. BBW has a true gem with SHANEKA Then I was greeted by the most amazing manager MONICA!!!!! Oh my goodness on what planet was she found. This lady is the epitome of how you lead a team of individuals. She not only leads by example but she assist wherever is needed. I almost did not know she was the manager because she fit in with everyone working and assisting guest. Then I proceed to the register and was greeted by VALERIE and APRIL (New Associate). Two of the sweetest individuals ever. VALERIE was training APRIL and they were patiently waiting as I was checking and making sure I had everything I needed. The store was giving away a free travel item yesterday which was a plus and all of my items were bagged well and I was asked if I found everything I needed before leaving. APRIL will be a great asset to this company and VALERIE needs to be the designated trainer. EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION WAS WONDERFUL. I was unable to get everyone's name but I wanted to make sure I acknowledge the people I interacted with the most. THIS STORE IS A MODEL STORE AND THEY DESERVED TO BE RECOGNIZED. As I was preparing my review. I called the store to make sure I had everyone's name correct and spelled corrected. I was greeted by LACHEYA, LORD JESUS you can see her smile through the phone.
