Some history: In 1969, James Avery designed a pin for the Apollo XII astronauts to wear for their lunar mission and was commissioned by NASA for 2 missions one in 1989 and 1992. In 1987, James Avery was commissioned to craft the silver communion vessels used by Pope John Paul II at mass in San Antonio.That was an important part of their journey and why I have followed them from Kerrville to San Antonio to San Antonio. I have several bracelets that have inscriptions and have always been impressed with the wonderful customer service at this location. Definitely worth a visit!!

I was immediately greeted and assisted with my selections. My order had to be sent out since one charm was being engraved and another was charm that was out of stock in the store needed to come from somewhere else and then be added to the bracelet. Jaky was very helpful. She explained everything in detail and took her time with me. I appreciated her professionalism and expert assistance. I felt like I was leaving my jewelry in good hands. I hope Jaky's manager sees this review. I was extremely impressed with her level of service. Great hire, JA! The store was clean and I only had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. This store is conveniently located right outside of Macy's.
