They don't accept credit cards unless the person can come by and physically swipe your card. They will accept checks and Zelle but not Venmo or PayPal. In addition, I kept waiting for an ETA for when they would stop by. They mentioned that it would be later in the day. They never texted or called and just knocked at the door. I had to scramble to reschedule a work meeting that was supposed to start 20 minutes after they arrived. It seems like they would do good enough work but the hassle of scheduling and payment will have me looking elsewhere when we have future needs.

I was able to show her, via camera, what I was dealing with. Once we scheduled the date for her and her team to come out, they were right on time. They finished the same day. When the signs finally appeared, I did what most people do -- I researched companies with strong reviews, a long track record, and real experience with North Texas soil. After narrowing it down to three reputable companies, I had each come out to evaluate my home and explain what they believed was necessary. Out of all of them, Heath from Texas Foundation Experts stood out immediately. His hands‑on experience, clear reasoning, and ability to explain why certain repairs were needed gave me confidence that he truly understood the problem and how to fix it. From the very first call, the team at TFE made the process easier. Katy, the General Manager, was knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient as I explained my concerns. When Heath arrived, he was both confident and reassuring -- a combination that matters when you're facing a major home repair. His proposal was thorough, his price was competitive, and the company's reviews backed up everything I was seeing firsthand. Looking back, choosing Texas Foundation Experts was one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. The work they performed reflected exactly what they promised: professionalism, transparency, and genuine expertise. Foundation issues can be stressful, especially for someone new to Texas, but TFE turned a daunting situation into a smooth, well‑managed experience. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone dealing with foundation concerns.

From start to finish, they walked me through what was needed financially and the day of the repair. The guys were awesome! I had 17 piers done and it required them to remove and replace bushes, drill into concrete, and even put a pier in the middle of my bedroom! I know that sounds like a lot. They replanted my bushes like they were never gone. Their concrete work is impeccable! I have doors closing now that haven't closed in years! Strong A+ highly recommend!!!

Original Scope: HRCC added a 1,000 sq ft to my existing deck, covered both the new & existing deck with the epoxy coating, etched and stained it to look like slate. Added Scope: I had HRCC add a custom rock garden (approx. 8 tons of rock) and sod my yard with Zoysia. Schedule: HRCC was able to complete my original scope ahead of schedule. I had a party planned when I added the additional scope. Since it was the busy season, I expected the additional work to not start for several weeks however, HRCC started it the next day and finished within a week. Costs: While costs are always a factor I typically decide based on value. In my opinion HRCC provides a great value for the costs. Mark, Tracey and the rest of the ownership team were wonderful to deal with and care about their customers. Most important to me were the caliber of the people doing the work. It was very easy to tell that they took great pride in their work, were very good at what they were doing and have worked at HRCC for decades. In addition to their work the HRCC crew worked well with the other contractors I had on site i.e. Electrician, Sprinkler Technician etc. All of our friends that have seen our remodeled yard is amazed at the change and our neighbors keep stopping by to look at the work we had done. If you choose HRCC you will not be disappointed.
