I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. When they returned to "fix" the problem, they made things worse by creating dead‑end lines, causing hot‑water circulation issues throughout the house and leaving multiple areas with only lukewarm water. I feared a slab leak, which I've had before. Jason showed up and within 10 minutes had pinpointed where the leak was. It was on the line between my sink and tub in the master bathroom. We talked about a reroute or digging, but since I planned on renovating this bathroom in a few months anyway, he helped me out and capped off the lines which ran underground and eliminated the leak! Truly amazing how good this guy is, and quick too! Also worth noting that he is great at communicating with you and even came on a Sunday evening to cap off those lines!
