We order take out all the time from here because the food is always delicious. They do a great job with consistency and getting it right every time. Thank you. read more

We did a to go order of bbq chicken ribs combo and a salad. The wait staff was awesome. The food was great!

Classic Texas roadhouse, the rolls are always a highlight for me. The shrimp is consistently good, loaded up with butter as are most of their food items, but that's to be expected. I have had great service here the two times we've gone, and this place is always packed. Expect a wait. read more

Food a bit salty but that's in mostly all this type of restaurants, steaks are always cooked well , fun atmosphere read more

Food was amazing and the service is awesome overall great place 10/10 recommend the rolls and butter

The only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is the very loud and very annoying singing for birthdays. When it starts you cannot even hear yourself think, let alone the person sitting directly across the table from you. The food is good and the staff are friendly. read more

Food was amazing got the grilled chicken with corn and vegetables. The service was superior, it was our first time here and the manager came out and gave us goodie bags that includes a free apatizer with our next meal, peanuts, a Texas Roadhouse themed pen, and a Texas Roadhouse brands can coozy. read more

I was at Texas Roadhouse this weekend with family members from out of state. We called ahead to be put on the waitlist. This is where the horrible experience started. The telephone person was rude and had no interest in explaining the waitlist process. I tried to explain that we had a large party and if we could be seated as close together as possible. Opposite of the request half of our party was on the opposite side of the building last table by the restrooms. The manager and staff with the exception of our waiter were rude and in need of customer service training. We spent over three hundred dollars. We generally come here often but after our experience this past weekend i wont ever go back there and I will tell anyone that will listen about this rude and unprofessional service at Texas Roadhouse. We often get takeout here ever since the Pandemic as the quality has far outpaced the competition. The last few times they have had an issue, yesterday our order was missing a small side AND all of the bread. The food at Texas Roadhouse is far better than 99 and Chilis and Longhorn. We eat steaks from TR that are so good that my father, whose restaurant has a Michelin star, cannot beat it! My daughter and I went in and asked for the missing items and the manager made up for the trouble in spades! She gave us an entire shopping bag of bread and butter. When I got home my kids were in heaven!!! My daughter also enjoyed her small side :) Thank you again! read more

Good food and good service I recommend coming here. Really fast too didnt even take 15 minutes. Very clean restaurant and neatly setup.

So good would come here every day rolls are so good steak is good service was fast so so so good

This is the first Texas Roadhouse I've come across that puts beans in it's chili. I've been to a number of Texas Roadhouses in different states and I always enjoy the chili except here. Real Texas chili does not have beans in it, once you add beans it's now a stew. A horrible stew. Don't put beans in the chili!! read more

We had lunch here today, food and service are always great! I had a 12oz Ribeye, very good, salad and Baked Potato. You really cant go wrong at this chain, food is always very consistent. We recommend and will definitely go back. read more

I ordered online. I ordered x2 beef tips with gravy, mushrooms, and onions. It comes with mashed potatoes and gravy and a side. My meal was on time but did not have the potatoes or gravy for either meal and I was missing my side. We also only received one set of forks. Last time we were in Burlington, our order was also messed up. Not going here again read more

Steak came out undercooked severely. Margarita came with a sugar rum and I asked for salt. Sent the steak back for a refire and it came back burnt to a crisp. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Great appetizers. Go here literally for blooming onion and fried pickles every time. I would live off of the cinnamon butter rolls and appetizers read more

Very festive and welcoming! The decorations were very fun and I loved them! Great service, very kind and helpful. The food was amazing! The one down side was that the table was a little dirty, but that's about it! read more

I really like Texas Roadhouse, but this restaurant and others should be better serving of people with disabilities. Rather than inconvenience a server, it seems more appropriate to this restaurant to inconvenience a 90+ year old with a heart condition. They need to be more thoughtful of folks who may need to sit closer to the entrance. read more

This place was a roller coaster of emotions (one of the ones that goes up really slow and comes down really fast). Our table was mistakenly given to another woman of the same name which delayed our seating by about 20 minutes. This encounter was not serendipitous and did not provide adequate satisfaction. The food, however, screams its differs. The meat, sides, and desserts were all exquisite and perfectly cooked. In accordance, the building was decorated beautifully on the inside, displaying traditional Texan styles of art. The server, Jack, was kind with a good personality. My mind and body are at peace knowing there is another restaurant out there that I may soon return to. read more

This place is a factory. People in, people out. Everything seemed scripted. Somebody different brings each part of your order to you. This means you interact with several staff which makes it feel more like a factory than a cozy dining experience. The service is good, although impersonal. I went to the bathroom in the middle of my meal and returned to find half the food and a coat got cleared away. Of course they made things right but it was very impersonal. Four stars because the food is good and the service strives to be efficient and often is. Beware. It is a bit like entering the carnival with chances to distractedly spend your money at every corner. read more

We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. There were only about 10 tables (2) tops. I asked for regular butter. The second time I asked I was told she forgot. The third time I asked. She said she had to clear it with the manage. Really!! I order a salad with no bacon and no onions. I got onions and she blamed it on the kitchen. My side order of mashed potatoes were cold. My husbands medium burger was rare!! Not going there for a long time! read more

Well it was a good dinner because our server Was excellent. Ribs were burned but Situation was corrected quickly. My 16 oz Steak was too salty but I made it a two day meal. Over all with salads, drinks, And sides all was well and up beat. Don't fall for the 'pick your steak' now When hostess is taking you to table. Wait for menue read more

Meh. It's like Chili's, but with lots of USDA Choice steak, mind-numbing country music, and BMIs far exceeding the state median. Possesses exactly the sort of tackiness from a large corporate franchise unironically selling authenticity that one should expect. The steak was fine, but nothing exceptional; one can do better at home. Waitstaff didn't look happy to be there. Our table wasn't cleaned off between courses (servers don't bus, or...?). The hostesses peered out at us with glazed-over eyes; their fatalistic disdain both for their career nadir and for the customers was unsubtle. Good for a chuckle, or someone that misses Outback Steakhouse. read more

5 stars. Guys it's a classic Texas Roadhouse with nice patient staff and standard American food. The cactus blossom is greasy and addicting. The rolls are buttery and addicting. The peanuts are fatty and addicting. My friends liked their steaks but the fries weren't the best. Super well seasoned though. I'd recommend sautéed mushrooms and the sweet potato as your sides! read more

If you wait to eat there, you will probably enjoy your meal and have outstanding service. If you order to go there is a high chance your order will be late (over 30 minutes) and will be cold by the time you get it. They might even ask you to wait 15 minutes more for rolls. I would suggest they stop putting the to go order bags on the floor also. read more

This was our first time eating here my daughter kept encouraging us to try it so we did. We chose to pick up I was pleasantly surprised everything was amazing and priced well. They packaged everything well the only request I made was to avoid soggy food due to a 45 min drive home and they executed nicely. It's definitely a new family favorite. read more

The waiter was the best I've ever had and the food was amazing and I would really recommend it

I happened to pass by this Texas roadhouse on my drive home after the holidays. It's been an especially hard Christmas (first since my husbands passing). I stopped to get a quick meal and had the pleasure of being helped by Grace. I couldn't find the takeout place at first -mom brain- but she assured me I was in the right area! Grace was amazing with my two girls and kept them entertained while I paid and even made sure my order was all correct for me. I was just so touched by her kindness and attitude that I wanted to say thank you to this restaurant and Grace for making my holiday season just a little bit better! read more

So I'm giving it 3 stars based on the confusing set up of ordering on line. If you order on line they send you a text when your food is ready and tell you to Wait in the pick up order to go spot. Well I waited and waited and wait then I decided to go up to the pick up window and there was nobody there so I went inside and was greeted by a girl with a look on her face like she was peeved that I came inside to pick up my order that had been sitting there. So overall the food was good The bread of course was delicious they dont give you utensils for to togo orders and I didn't ask soo my bad. I got the chicken salad which was very filling read more

Busy night, and my food took awhile to come, but when it arrived it was cooked perfectly amongst my party and our waiter kept the atmosphere hilarious and was very speeding with drinks. Shout out to you Javontay! read more

Great food. Service was quick considering how busy the restaurant was. Shout out to Marie for making our experience enjoyable even though we had to leave immediately after ordering due to a medical emergency. She made sure our order was packed up quickly so we could leave promptly read more

I gave it a 3 star because the wait person did an excellent job, He was helpful and friendly. However the chicken fried steak was salty and i only ate a few bites, the mashed potatoes were cold. The veg medley were cook just right. My friends steak was also salty. The rolls were good. read more

Lemme get one thing straight the fries are so good! Especially with ranch. The waiter that I had was amazing and he brought out a saddle for my grandpa's birthday and the other one yelled for us to all sing happy birthday Service was literally amazing. The Ambiance was so like 80's or 90's it reminded me of stranger Things season 1. One thing to add, someone yelled "where's my food" very loudly and I'ma be truly honest, the waters are really fat read more

Hostess was INCREDIBLY rude last night. I've never had someone so rude and condescending. She ignored us for a half hour after telling us to wait by the hostess stand then blamed us for not reminding her we were there. Everyone else was so nice and friendly. The steak was good! Other than the hostess being awful, I'd recommend going again. read more

Arrives early about 4 pm for early dinner. Had the combo , shared it, plenty enough for two. Ordered ribeye steak and shrimp. Steak was cooked perfectly, med rare! Shrimp was excellent as well. salad was nice and fresh. Everything we had was amazing. Service was great, new waitress, she was lovely , very attentive. Had we not flown out the next morning we would have gone again the next day. read more

At the bar and the bartender is spending her shift with one guy now he is way to old for her not my care other than that she should have gave me some service in between this shift she is working. Amanda the talk a lot bartender must be a popular person among staff now she isn't horrible but she is on point. Now the Back of the house Manager Shannon seems to be doing her job as well as some others. Attentive an onduty Shannon is always love her hat. Got to be the best Texas trucker hat I've seen. I sat at the bar and they are severely understaffed. It was 10 minutes before I was ever acknowledged and when I ordered my second drink I said when you come back I would order. It took her 15 minutes to return with a bottle of beer which was sat down then she walked away and had to wait another 5 minutes to place my order. Don't get me wrong the bartender was doing her best but her management was failing her by not being there to help. I eat at Roadhouse several times a week throughout the country and have never seen someone trying to run the bar solo, always two behind the bar. The short of it is this, if you come be prepared to have to wait and receive poor service. read more

Came here with my family during my last visit to Williston, VT. I really love Texas Roadhouse, however, I am giving this 3 stars due to the noise level (it was sooo LOUD!) and because the food was not as great as other Texas Roadhouse's I have experienced. We were met with a joyfull and spunky waitress upon entry, and she quickly got us seated and took our drink orders. She was super polite and our food came out prompt. It wasn't super busy, but the music was so loud I could barely hear the waitress or the other side of the table. Once we received our food, I was excited to chow down. I got the portabella chicken as my main dish. Although my sides were AMAZING, the main dish tasted pretty bland. It was not awful- but it wasn't as good as I was hoping for either. I still ate most of it, and it left me full, but I felt like I could have gone over to chilis for a better quality dish. read more

The good: OMG, the pre-dinner rolls - fluffy, honey glazed, and piping hot - are so memorable and tasty that that alone would draw me back here. Dinners come with 1-2 sides, and you're bound to leave here satiated. I would expect nothing less from a steakhouse. The bad: the wait this place has. It's clearly a hopping establishment in little Williston, VT. Call ahead to put your name on the wait list. The ugly: service wasn't up to par. It took a full half an hour, sitting at the bar, for a bartender to ask if we wanted drinks. Also, must we ask three times for more bread before it's actually brought out to us? Don't make me beg. read more

We are from new york and we visited burlington vt and we decided to go to one of our favorite restaurants and omg they were so much better. Even though it's still all the same food somehow it was just better. Service was pretty good, we got in pretty quickly and we went on the day of college graduation. The building is a little bit smaller than it is in new york but the still have a great style in there and the music wasn't too loud so i could still take to my partner. Overall it was a great experience. read more
