I haven't visited Texas Roadhouse in a very long time but my mom wanted to come here for her birthday. I was very pleased with the customer service at this location, they were all super friendly, welcoming & happy, from the moment we opened the door! The food & drinks were also great & the prices I felt was the best part because compared to other similar family restaurants, they were fairly priced & the portions were pretty big, with the exception of the baked potato, which was pretty small. The best part was the birthday Yeeehaaa, which totally made my 77-year old mom's day & the random line dancing! Fun!

Went to the Richmond location and joined the waitlist online, barely had to wait, which was nice. I got the New York steak and a full rack of ribs. The ribs were a bit on the dry side, and although I ordered the steak medium, it came out a little overcooked. That said, the steak was still good. The sides were all really good though, especially the corn, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Overall, it's still a really good deal for what you get since the portions are huge. Parking was easy too. This isn't my first time coming here, and I've definitely had better experiences before. I'd still come back, but hopefully it's as good as it has been in the past. The inside was really nice and good ambience for bigger parties.

Great experience. Went on a Friday & the place was packed so we had about a 20 min wait, but once we we seated everything moved quickly. Savannah was our server & she was awesome! We order boneless buffalo wings as an appetizer & they were good. For my entree, I ordered the country fried chicken with green beans & a salad. The country fried chicken was more batter than meat, but it was good. The batter was seasoned very well. The green beans were delicious. Next time I'll order double green beans. My daughter had the herb roasted chicken & she enjoyed it. The meal also comes with rolls & they were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the butter though. The restaurant is huge & pretty loud & lively. So be prepared for the noise. I will definitely return for the food & the great service.

Classic spot for a steak done right without all the hassle. Decided not to cook last minute so we came out tonight. It was pretty packed for a Tuesday but still no real wait. Now they seat you and the warm bread together lol.. steak seasoned well mi extra sauces needed... I would suggest get "light" dressing if you order the Caesar salad for one of your sides.. Emma took amazing care of us!! I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

I finally found out why their parking lot is always full, food is great. I got the ribs and the wifey got the salmon, both to-go. They had our food order fast and their staff was great too. Back to food, meat just fell off the bones on my ribs, so good. And a lot more meat than I expected. And the wifey loved her salmon.

Came here right at lunch time. They were not too busy so there wasn't any wait time. All the servers and attendants are great and friendly. The place was cleaner than the last time we were here. Their rattlesnake bites are my favorite appetizer and they had get 2 for $13-something. The steaks were flavorful but they weren't cooked as to how we wanted them. All the sides were great except the mac n cheese. It was bland.

They do not serve hotdogs I repeat - they do not serve hot dogs!…read more They serve much more than that. I came here for an event and was surprised at how good and fresh the food was. The staff was so attentive and knowledgeable on all the foods. It's American food, but they do a lot of fusion, so there was something for everyone. My favorite of the night was the loco moco fried rice and the lemon cheesecake! The cheesecake was zesty and not overly sweet, which I appreciated because it let me taste all the distinct flavors going on. The curry chicken salad with chickpeas I know my husband would've loved, I ate it for him lol. I don't know what it was but the bottom of it had a dressing that made it very delectable. I was on the outside on the patio that had a large fireplace and it was so cozy, I can imagine it being very inviting during winter time. Even though I drove from Cypress to Richmond, it was worth the drive. The general manager was super friendly and I learned they have a Cypress location so you know where I'll be going!

First, tonight my family and I came into the restaurant and were not greeted by any hostess or employee for about 7-10 minutes. We understood though because everyone seemed to be in a rush since it was busy. We patiently waited then we were finally seated. Our server took our drink orders first as usual, got us our drinks then walked away. We waited a good while for her to come back since we were wanting to order an appetizer, and that took forever. Once we finally were able to place our appetizer order, it took another 10 minutes for it to come out. Again, we tried our best to be nice since it was busy. Now to the meals.. we put in our order for our dishes and proceeded to wait about 30-35 minutes. There is only 3 of us! Once everyone got their meals we realized it just.. wasn't the best. - My mother ordered a customized pick 3 meal, her roasted chicken sandwich didn't have any roasted chicken, she said it was all lunch meat? And her bread was as hard as a rock. The "truffle fries" that she had to pay extra for didn't have any truffle, when asked about it.. we were informed it was just truffle "oil". What. Lastly, she didn't even receive her soup. They forgot about it. We had to remind them about the forgotten soup for my mother to finally receive it. She said it was not even good. - My mediterranean chicken bowl was..okay, but I did notice that last time I was here I had a good amount of chicken. This time.. I had barely any chicken. We received 0 REFILLS on our drinks, so by the time we ordered dessert we couldn't even finish it since we were so thirsty and the chocolate was so rich. In the end, the rush died down so much where once we sat up to go we were wondering why service was still awful when no one was in the restaurant. The manager did come to apologize, both our server and manager were very nice. They decided to take off the sandwich from our bill and remake the sandwich and soup to go. Once we got home, my mother realized the soup in our to go package was actually the correct soup, and that at the restaurant she has no idea what soup they brought her. Overall, this experience tonight has been awful. We went home thirsty and hungry.

The wait time was as expected for that amount of people to come in. I had the fire roasted salmon and I loved it. It was a great contrast of differing textures and flavors. It was a lot better than I expected. The portion for me was perfect, I was full and satisfied by the end of it. They do an excellent job in trying to accommodate everyone and they made an effort to regularly check in. This place has that woody, western vibe to it. Definitely a little pricey on certain menu items but aside from that a good time overall.

The ahi tuna wasn't the best. It wasn't fresh and the feta cheese was a bit too overwhelming. As for the spinach and artichoke dip, I felt like it was okay. Didn't really like the tomatoes as it made the dip runny and hinder the taste from the star ingredients of the dish. The smoked gouda burger was the best. The meat was cooked perfectly and the amount for each ingredients were given generously. I also really loved how you really can taste the smokiness from the bite. As for the pasta, I thought that it was good but not the best. It was starting to get a bit heavy with the amount of cheese and I do wish the cajun flavor could be a bit stronger. The chicken was also on the dry side but it's still pretty decent. Overall, this place is okay. Service could've been a bit better since it took a while for us to find someone to help us on our water refill and check.

The restaurant is very clean. The bathroom has a code in order to get in which is a different way go. We got bacon cheese burger with tots and hickory burger with fries. I really wanted a fried chicken sandwich but they only have grilled chicken sandwiches. They offered to use chicken tenders but I declined and went with a burger instead. Ketchup is kept cold. I like that. Bacon cheeseburger was fine. The burgers appear to be frozen patties. The bacon was salty and cooked well, not too crispy and not floppy. The lettuce was shredded, could've used more. They put both mayo & mustard on their burgers. The hickory burger was ok. You couldn't really taste the bbq sauce. Tots were cooked extra crispy. Luckily that's how I like them but most customers probably would've preferred less crispy; like my husband. The crinkle fries were also a little too crispy for husband. Not too crispy for me. Overall the meal wasn't bad. It's what you'd expect for a small family grill. Fairly priced for the economy we are in. Two combo burger meals ran us $30.

(Combo meal). They told me it was going to take a few mins so after I paid, I told them I'll go park and come inside. There were people behind me and I didn't want to hold people up. After parking and going inside. I didn't have my cup to get a drink yet so I was waiting at the front just... kind of watching the staff. I think two of the three, including the one who was at the window and took my order, must of been on break because they literally did not do much but stare back at me and the food/drink they were eating/drinking. The manger was running back and forth. After he gave me my bag, it was just the biscuit sandwich. So I asked "where was the side? " . He passed me the side, then I asked" where do I get a cup for drinks?" The manager didn't realize I never had the cup because he thought the staff member at the window gave me my cup. In the bag, there was no napkin or spoon for the side. Or maybe I just didn't see them next to the soda machine because I was getting annoyed at this point and just wanted to leave. As for the food, barely any icing. The chicken was mid. The meat has a reddish tint to it like it's supposed to be a spicy chicken ? It was confusing to look at. The biscuit was slightly sweet and crusty along the edges (the best part of this whole thing). Mac and cheese was mid. The whole combo was overall mid. Admittedly, tables and chairs are clean. Lots of space. They have an outdoor area too. They have a small window in the kitchen area where you can watch them make the dough. Free parking out front. I would take out the ai in the drive through. I did not like it at all. If I have to wait for a bit, it would be good if they have a spot I can go to while they take care of the customers behind me and I'm not holding up the line for 5 minutes.
