Great food, great service, great environment. It is always a go-to when we want something good to eat!

We have been coming here every week for the last 8 years. We have almost exclusively sat at the bar as my husband and I I like to watch whatever game is on at the time. If no game, then just for the fact that service is quicker and there is usually no wait. Yesterday being New Year's Eve, the restaurant was crowded and we again went to the bar. There were two open seats, only at opposite sides, so I sat and we were going to wait for 2 open seats. I noticed a couple getting ready to leave and I told my husband to go wait behind them so we could sit and eat together. A couple came up at that time and the man said to me that they had been there long before us and the seats were his!! Mind you nobody was there prior to our arriving. I said something to the girl behind the bar ( Savanna) that we were going to move and someone was giving me grief about it. She said oh he's just kidding. After we moved, she hurried and took an extra chair over and made people move over for them (something that was NOT offered to us) and she proceeded to totally and very obviously ignored us the whole time we were there. Thank goodness for the guy who was working or we never would've got any service. We were treated horrendously by this nasty little girl, and we will be rethinking our choices in the future. Get a clue Roadhouse, that's the way you lose business, and judging by your mediocre rating so far, you should rethink your employees!!!! read more

Massive amount of food! My wife and sons love steak and I love fried chicken. Consistently delicious. I do wish they would still offer you peanuts and perhaps check in on us for refills a bit better. Nonetheless delicious family friendly restaurant. read more

We traveled to Pensacola, FL this past week and stopped at a Texas Roadhouse in Milton, FL. We met our friends and their granddaughter there and had a good dinner. Our server (Brenna) greeted us with a bright smile and she made sure that all of our orders were accurate and arrived on time. Brenna provided a high chair for our toddler. Service felt attentive without being intrusive. I got the 6 oz Sirloin Steak smothered and my wife got the 6 oz Dallas Filet. Both of our steaks were cooked Medium Rare as requested and our sides were done right. For a busy Friday night everything went very well. read more

I came back to my hometown to spend time with my family over the holidays. I asked my niece what her favorite restaurant is, and she said the Texas Roadhouse. Which tickled me. I have many good childhood memories at this Texas Roadhouse. So we showed up, and it was packed like it was every night, but after a short wait, we were seated and enjoying their honey butter slathered all over those warm, soft rolls. The ambiance was classic Roadhouse. Very Texas. I will say, it's a major bummer that their peanuts are all in bags now. I miss the big free-for-all bucket. And the service was A+, as it always was. Very nice country folk pushing their delicious sweet tea on you. No issues. I got the Full Slab Ribs (Slow cooked with a unique blend of seasonings and our signature BBQ sauce. Served with choice of two sides). I got the Sweet Potato and the Steak Fries (Loaded) as my sides. These were actually unbelievably good. They weren't exactly fall off the bone, but they were tender enough, and didn't have too much fat or cartilage. Very happy with these ribs. I also got to try the Dallas Filet (Our most tender steak that is lean and melts in your mouth. Served with choice of two sides). With sides of mac & cheese and a Caesar Salad. It was also pretty good! Very tender, it cut well, and it was seasoned pretty ok. Add some pepper onto this mac, and you have a really good meal here. Overall, this place was precisely as I remember it. It's a pillar of the community around here, and it made me very nostalgic. If you go to this Texas Roadhouse ask for Bri. She is amazing! Her 2 minute check in to make sure our food was cooked right was spot on. She made sure our drinks were constantly filled. She was polite and made sure we didn't need any refills to go. Even told the manager how great her service was read more

Pros: Very fun atmosphere. Loved the eclectic stuff all over the walls. Loved the peanuts. Service was great, very heavy on the Southern charm. Food was good! These guys know how to treat a rack of ribs. They also cooked my filet perfectly. I don't always expect perfection out of chains, but they nailed it. Cons: Hmmm... I got nothing. Texas Roadhouse is usually consistently very good with great food portions, but we ordered food to go yesterday and I was highly disappointed The fries are probably the cheapest item they have and they were stingy with it! Kids didn't even get full off their meals. Even the order of ribs came with only about 5 fries. It was pretty pitiful. read more

My wife ordered the salmon with baked potato and a Caeser salad based on our server's recommendation. I ordered the 8 oz. sirloin rare with a sweet potato and broccoli. Both meals were delicious and the service couldn't have been better. Rylee was our server and she did a fabulous job. The restaurant was busy but not overly loud. I mentioned to Rylee and one of the floor managers how well Rylee did and the cooks did a great job on our meals. We will be back! read more

No wait for seating. The place could've been cleaner. We were seated in a corner and the tables surrounding us were all empty, but still dirty with food and napkins all over the floor. That was kind of gross to look at while trying to enjoy our own meal, but what can ya do? The rolls were fantastic, but we weren't a fan of the honey cinnamon butter. I walked in to the Milton, FL location to place a To-Go order that I could take home with me.. I had been driving most of the day and only had about 30 more miles to go before getting home. I walked in and asked the girls in charge of seating if I could place an order, they said they don't do that but would get me somebody that could.. I stood over to the side and waited for about 12-15 minutes and then asked again if anyone was coming to take my order.. They politely said "Yes" it shouldn't be long but no one ever came to get my order and they seen me standing there in front of them the whole time. I walked out frustrated and went to Capt. D's to pick something up. Not sure what went wrong but that's not the first time I've had difficulty trying to place a walk-in order at the Roadhouse in Milton, FL I don't like online ordering and I'm always driving when I pass through that way so I just like to walk in. I did online order-5:07 received text it's ready! 2 people came out asked what I was waiting on- hmmmm I ordered, received text ,texted back car space to deliver order yet you don't know what I'm waiting on. 5:32 I call and ask if I'm ever going to get my food about 5 minutes later I get my food and it's cold- I mentioned this to young man and he says no it was just cooked. This is your typical chain Texas Roadhouse. Loud inside peanuts for free. Food is always good. Service can be slow at times but not from lack of them trying it's just busy everytime we have went. They are friendly and it's clean inside. read more

Me and my family went here for ny nieces 17th Bday, we brought back a catfish plate for my son and the next morning he got up throwing up so bad I had to take him to the hospital and was told he had food poisoning! So we will never go back to this location again! read more

I can say that we weren't expecting to have such wonderful service and great food. Right off the bat we were impressed how attentive our waiter was. Everything came out swiftly and was hot! I didn't take any pictures because there's plenty of the page already. The margarita with the floater was strong. The combination of blooming onion, with bread and butter, and Caesar salad left zero room for dinner lol. I had ordered the catfish and it was a great dish at home as a leftover! On my Birthday Hubby opted to take Me to The Roadhouse. WE Checked in Online and only had a 6 minute wait. Once inside ....Courtney seated Is, took drink orders & said Be Right Back with both. Brought the drinks & said No Rolls were ready 2nd Server cones to take order (Mikayla) We asked Her for Rolls and Finally She brought some. FINALLY. Mikayla returns with Food ....BUUUUT, ITS NOT OURSWe ordered Rack Ribs/Fries/CeasR Salad for Hubby & I got 6 oz Sirloin/Shrimp Kabob & Green Beans/Baked potato with butter & Sour Cream . What She brought... Big Bloody Steak/Loaded Potato Steak Kabob and THATS ALL‼‼ Sooo, I told Her it was wrong....She took the Steak and Potato back to get the rest straightened out. Finally, after being there almost 45- 1 hour We had All of Our Food I also had asked Coutney when We 1st arrived about a FREE Birthday Dessert and She said Yes. NEVER GOT IT!!. Get on the waiting list -- Yelp will help you do this through the TR website. The warm bread and sweet butter are delicious; ask for extra butter if you plan to eat the entire basket of rolls. Free fountain drink refills. A good selection of whimsical signature cocktails. Several different steak options at a reasonable price point for what you get, as each entree comes with two generous sides (the mashed potatoes and brown gravy are my favorite, and The Husband is a fan of the loaded potato). You can get a big deep-fried onion with dipping sauce as an appetizer, very fun. Steaks are well-seasoned and always have come out the way we like them. They offer a free bag of salted in-shell peanuts for while you are waiting. Shells wind up all over the place. If you have a peanut allergy you need to avoid this restaurant altogether. This chain restaurant is very casual. Most, if not all, seating is in booths. There's fun memorabilia on the wooden walls, big groups are welcome, and you'll often hear the staff singing a birthday jingle for guests. This isn't a spot for a romantic intimate dinner. Service has been consistently good. Managers do table-touches to ensure you are satisfied. You can use your credit card to pay your bill on a little gadget right at your table so you never have to let your card out of your sight. If you need anything before you leave, such as a to-go box and bag, or a fountain drink to-go, do not pay until you get it. They'll notice that you haven't paid yet and will come back -- handy if you feel they've forgotten your request. This has been the only pain-point for me here. read more

Went for lunch today we sat at the bar the bartender was great real nice however the food we ordered was not we ordered beef tips with no gravy the manager brought out beef tips with gravy we told her that was wrong she took the back and literally bought them right back the tips were real shiny and there was water on the plate I asked the manager if they just rinsed the gravy off and her answer was she didn't know what they did back there and the sweet potato was hard in the middle she brought out another one and said she had to stand there and wait for it because the replacement they gave her was hard too. I should first state that as a general rule, I avoid chain restaurants and I'm a relatively critical customer - I notice all of the little things that could have been better. That said, the first time I went there I was nervous that it might take too long, as I was on my lunch break, and the parking lot was packed. To my pleasant surprise, everything went smoothly and quickly. My waitress Tatum was PERFECT, offered me everything I could want without my having to ask and everything was done very quickly. The second time I was there was also good, just a little bit much on pushing the appetizers. Then the last time I was there, my waitress Lauren was also PERFECT, which left me kind of amazed that there were two such great waitresses in one place. Apparently they train very well there. Our nights at Texas Roadhouse are usually a great experience but I can always dread seeing Mr.David when I visit this location. My order gets messed up every time / items I didn't order are on my ticket and I get over charged. He talks too much while he is taking my order about his own personal life. As a server I totally understand customer service but it gets a little annoying when my order has been messed up twice in a row with David. Food was ok; our waitress Kayla was less than attentive outside taking our order and stopped once it was served. As we were still eating- she asked if anything else was needed and said to pay the bill via the device on the table. This was extremely rude as stated we were not done , and had food in our mouth when she came to our table. Talk about feeling rushed and she spoke loudly with each interaction. I have eaten here many times in the past. Due to the Wuhan virus, had to get take out. They have a more limited selection during this time, no baked potatoes or sweet potatoes (my favorite side). The food is always good. The yeast rolls and cinnamon butter are great. When eating in, my only gripe is that service is sometimes slow. For dinning in, I would give 4 or 5 stars. Take out, was not as good. The service for takeout was not well organized. They have you wait in car in parking lot. Sat for 10 minutes before they checked who I was, and if I had already ordered.
