The wagyu beef was perfectly seasoned, stacked with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese, and cooked just right. The patty was so big it was hanging off the bun all the way around--easily one of the most massive burgers I've had. I could only eat half, but every bite was packed with flavor. The fries were also seasoned really well and paired perfectly with the burger. I also got a full order of chicken tenders, and they did not disappoint--super juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I am mostly vegetarian (allergic to beef and other issues) and onions are a frequent migraine trigger. They are happy to accommodate those limits and when I do decide to treat myself and suffer the consequences it's great chow. For the carnivores: Either the rice & beans base or the papas guisados potatoes. Both the pork and the brisket on top are amazing, I prefer the pork by a nose. Add cabbage, peppers(and if you like onions), feta, more feta and the chipotle salsa. On the veggie side, I get the rice base, only because I keep forgetting to try it with the potatoes, add extra beans and the rest of the list above. So today we tried the Loaded Texas Nachos and the Bull Sandwhich with potato salad and Mexican corn. I am absolutely in love with their blueberry chipotle bbq sauce. It is a perfectly balanced, slightly sweet bbq sauce; which is on all of their bbq offerings.
