The chicken came with rice, we chose garlic rice, and a side. We opted for the lumpia. The lumpia was a little different. When it was my turn to order, the man at the window introduced himself as Ron, the new owner. A very like-able guy with a wonderful personality. He smiled happily as I asked about several types of meats. He explained each one patiently. When I placed multiple meal orders, Ron went into high gear. He took care of several other customers until my orders were done. Each food item was presented beautifully, with care. You'd expect a busy food truck to just slop food on and slam the lid shut. Not this guy! I can see why he's called the King of sandwiches. 3 Y Brothers creates fresh, clean and presentable food! They don't have outdoor seating yet, that's coming. They also don't sell drinks. Trisha's invites you in for a wide array of drinks and other goodies. My fellow travelers, this is a must stop place for you to try. I was in town to assist our local Community Ambassador with a fantastic Yelp Elite Event at a new local restaurant, and after we finished the event and cleanup I was hoping to check out a local brewery so I headed downtown to find one. Lucky for me, this adorable little food trailer was parked in front so I grabbed their Pickle de Gallo burger. It was SOOOOOO good. And just the right size (I got a single burger although a double is also an option). The service at this tiny trailer was so friendly, too. They handed me a beeper and I had barely sat down with my beer next door when it went off. So fast! My only regret is this is about as far away from my house as you can get. So today we tried the Loaded Texas Nachos and the Bull Sandwhich with potato salad and Mexican corn. I am absolutely in love with their blueberry chipotle bbq sauce. It is a perfectly balanced, slightly sweet bbq sauce; which is on all of their bbq offerings.
