$100 meal: The meat in the Garlic Chicken bowl was tender but over salted for the second time in two months. First time the ribs sucked. Cooked too fast. Fats turned into an Olympic event to try and separate the ribs. Like chewing crappy jerky. Can you believe how skimpy they were with the BBQ sauce. The chicken thing was fine. Service was great. Husband had the New Orleans. Crispy fries & food was well seasoned. I had the Rib eye & rib combo. Rib eye what I expected for a 6 oz steak. It was tender. Ribs were tough. They were not the usual tender & fall off the bone I usually have at RT's. Manager Brittany was very understanding & accommodating. She took the Rib eye & rib combo off our ticket. I surly would have been more than willing to pay for the steak & baked potato. But she deducted the whole meal. Thomas made me a delicious margarita. Husband had cold beers. We were introduced to this location by a close friend. The last location we visited was disgusting. Here we were surprised with the friendly atmosphere and cleanliness was great. We were served by Jeremy, he was very helpful and pleasant. He was well knowledgeable about the huge menu. He informed us about the special of the day. We both ordered it. It was burgers with a salad bar for $8.99. What a value. The burger was delicious and tots were crispy just how I like them. The salad bar was clean and fresh. We decided to visit Ruby Tuesday with the kids one evening when we didn't feel like cooking. We were seated right away. Our server greeted us promptly, taking our beverage order and getting our drinks to us straightaway. Everyone was happy with their meal. It's a chain restaurant, so you can't have super high expectations; but for a chain they do a good job. What is really nice is the fact that they still have a salad bar, and it's a good one. The place is clean and nicely decorated with all the furnishings in good repair. It's safe to say we'll be back at some point, I'm sure. read more

First thing when we walked in the host was snide in her remarks. Then when we sat down, our waitress was "busy" not to take our drink order. Samantha was our server. She didn't refill our water, she brought our food out way after two customers who were seated after we came in. She also was friendly to other customers not even in her section. I ordered a scallop shrimp meal. I stated I did not want Cajun seasoning. I was dining with 5 others. All others got their meals . I waited another 16 minutes before I got mine. On getting it I discovered they had seasoned the seafood with Cajun seasoning. I ordered o io rings and slaw for sides. I notified the waitress the sea food had Cajun seasoning. She removed the plate with them and my onion rings to have the seafood redone. I waited another lengthy period to get the replacement. The GM Brittney came over to talk to us because we had mentioned having an awful experience at the Gulf Breeze location and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience. So, I remember the old days of Ruby Tuesday's, where the restaurant was actually pretty decent and you could get some entrees that were tasty and fun. The times have changed, and sadly that means that Ruby Tuesday's has gone downhill somewhat over the years. We were passing through town on our way home, and stopped for the night before finishing our journey the next day. We actually drove around quite a bit looking for a place to eat, but every place that we looked at was either more depressing than Ruby Tuesday's or extremely busy. We would normally go to a non-chain local place but it just wasn't going to happen this evening. Entering the restaurant, I was struck by just how... sad... it was inside. The atmosphere was just muted and kind of sullen. It did not seem like a place that you went to get a meal... it seemed more like a place where you would trudge to the bar and drown your sorrows. Anyway, we were hungry, and it was this or fast food, and that was not going to happen. We were seated, and it was then that we found out that our waiter spoke extremely fast. Not only that, but he had a bad habit of making assumptions about what it was we were ordering. The food we received was fine, though not necessarily what we wanted to order due to the aforementioned assumptions, but we were just not in the mood to fight for what we really wanted. The end result is that we are not likely to ever return to this Ruby Tuesdays in the future, and we will be quite reluctant to visit one in any other location as well. read more

I placed an order thru Grubhub and our bill came to $169.00. We ordered 1loaded potatoe and 2 potatoes with cheddar and broccoli. We got the sauce for them but no potatoes. And the cheddar/broccoli sauce smelled rancid and tasted disgusting! We ordered 3 garden salads build your own. The mushrooms were slimy and we all had dirt in our salads. Gross! I ordered Salmon and got shrimp. Now, on top of this the restaurant said it was a Grubhub issue. I said I didn't think they made the food. And Grubhub is giving me a hard time. I just now got an answer to my email and now they want pictures. How do I take pics of non existent potatoes, or slimy mushrooms or the cheddar/broccoli sauce smelled and tasted bad and how can a picture help them? But the biggest issue is this happened at 2 pm and it is now 11:22pm and I threw the crap out! So, I would NEVER eat here or use Grubhub. Grubhub will not make it easy to complain and also get your money back! read more

This is the worst food experience I've ever had from here. I ordered a cookie skillet to go and it's literally hard as a brick. It's a shame because their cookie skillet is delicious, but this is not edible. They really need to check the quality of their food before sending it out. read more

My wife and I ordered lunch and the ribeye I had was so tough and overcooked I could barely cut it with a knife. And the prices were outrageous. Also, when I figure a tip, I base it on the sub-total of the meal, not including the tax, which in this case was 8.25%. I handed the waiter my credit card and told him to add $10.00 to the bill for his tip. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed that he had went ahead and paid himself a full 18% ($10.83) of the total bill, tax included, which was not my instructions. Went to find what restaurant had such little pride in their food and review them only to realize it's Ruby Tuesday. Google their address. So yeah. Pretty sucky DoorDash and Ruby Tuesday are misrepresenting themself here ... told door dash and they said they didn't give a shit. We were having a late dinner. Always liked RT, but hadn't eaten at one in years. Reviews were not positive, but decided to give it a try as options are few around this area especially after 8pm. So glad we did. Service was great, salad bar well stocked and fresh, food was good (we both got their smashed burgers) and served quickly. Restaurant was clean. We will return. It's so unfortunate how much of a decline Ruby Tuesday has become. This was our go to salad place on our side of town and our last visit was below average and so disappointing that we will not be returning. From a messy over exposed salad bar with mushy tomatoes, defrosted off colored soggy cucumbers, and wilted lettuce to non cleaned bowls they put my soup in that had caked up old food. Amazing service! Ask for Sarah. She's wonderful. We're on an cross country road trip and she was kind enough to offer suggestions of what to eat. Sarah made us feel welcome and valued guests from the moment we talked in. The chicken tenders and fries were good. They came out quickly from the kitchen. My hubby enjoyed the salad bar and remarked that it had a wide variety of fresh items. We took Sarah's advice and ordered the cheesecake. It was delicious!! A great night all around. The staff at this restaurant are friendly, but everything else is very poor. The plates on the salad bar are dirty and have leftover food on them. The food is very expensive for the quality you are getting. The kids meal I ordered for my kid was mac and cheese. It looked like someone had reheated day old kraft mac and cheese. My fries were not fully cooked with parts that were still raw. The restaurant is run down and doesn't seem very clean. Save your money and go somewhere better. read more

Service was great. Jackson/Jack was the best waiter anyone could ask for. The food however, was awful. My g/f and I had not been to RT in quite some time. The last time we had been the food was, you guessed it, awful. But everyone deserves a second chance. I received an email advising me I had some "rubies" and could get a bogo entree. WoooHooo!!! RT here we come! I ordered the biggest ribeye I had ever had in my life. And I wish I could say it tasted ..... anything. But it was totally void of taste. I asked my g/f to taste it and she agreed, bland!!! Another first in my 56 years, I asked for steak sauce. It didn't do it much good. G/f's ribs were over cooked and drenched in way too much bbq sauce. The only thing in either of our meals that was actually good?; my baked potatoe. They got their second chance. We won't be back. I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in a looooong time. The prices have definitely gone up. I use to be able to get the all you can eat salad bar added to my meal for $3.99. Inflation is killing business. I had the Jalapeno burger with sweet potato fries. It was over $15 since they charge you extra to upgrade your sides. For that price, I rather go to Maria's and get a grouper deluxe sandwich. The burger was not large and fries also came with a small portion. We went to this Ruby Tuesday as it was close to our motel. My favorite drink is Old Fashions...it just happened to be Old Fashion Friday that night so they were reasonably priced. The drinks were tasty but a wee bit weak-ish. I had the awesome Garden Bar with soup (I tried 2 of the 3 kinds that were offered). Tom had a Crispy Shrimp Platter with a side of Garden Bar.
