This Texas Roadhouse does a great job! The service was definitely the highlight as the food was good but not as good as the service. Let's start off with how we were seated. It was absolutely packed when I visited with my client and her family. Yet, they still were able to seat us within about 5 minutes of us being there. We were given peanuts and fresh bread right away. Our server Zac was on top of everything and couldn't have given us a better experience especially considering how busy they were. All the food was cooked well. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out slightly more on the medium side but it was still great and salted well. The blooming cactus was cooked well but the cheese fries were a bit gross. The cheese was just hard and caked on the fries. The rest of the food was good. I would recommend this Texas Roadhouse and will be back! read more

I don't care what anybody says or thinks. They are wrong! We LOVE Texas Roadhouse. They just do great food at a great price! Service is always good. The place is always predictable and the same basic layout. The product rarely differs. That said, my wife and I agree, this has to be the best Texas Roadhouse in existence! When we first got here at 6:00pm and I saw the parking lot, I definitely thought we'd be waiting awhile but we waited less than 5 minutes before we were seated for sure even though it was busy Our servers name was Lexi, and even though she was clearly busy she was extremely helpful and on top of it. Even though she was really busy , she took the time to be extremely kind to my 6 year old who wanted to show her the toy she brought in and was very patient with her despite the fact she is hard to understand due to a speech impairment. I must say this is a popular place if you're not there before 4 o'clock and you show up at six you are waiting 100%. The service at the bar was fair. I guess you could say however when we ordered our food we never did get offered the delicious bread that I heard about, but never got to experience for my first time being there. The steak was amazing that came with the mushroom sauce. I must say the medallions were good. Can't say the same for their carts that are on the side. They look like they have been frozen burnt and then cooked there was no butter. There was no deal absolutely no flavor. I put them to the side, knowing that they were terrible. I believe the manager came up very rude. Tossed another bowl of carrots beside me and he said here eat these, and I looked at him as I had not complained to anybody about how poor the carrots were. I continued to move the bowl over towards me, thinking that these carrots would be better to note that the ball was extremely hot. Obviously it came out of the microwave. The carrots were still terrible. There was no flavor no butter nothing just carrots in a bowl extremely hot bowl and a very rude Manager tossing the carrots over towards us. We recently visited Texas Road House, the manager was asked if there was a setting area with an electric plugin available, he answered yes and continued to assist us with steak selection and walked us to our booth. His name is Arron!!! I felt completely un-handicap with his assistance. Our steaks were perfectly cooked & delicious, and our complete meal was perfect! I'm a 24/7 O2 dependant who wanted to eat a great steak and then go to our great-granddaughter's volleyball game My portable O2 unit would not have time to recharge... so by charging during my meal, HIS assistance provided me with a wonderful rare evening out. I was visiting my granddaughter in Midland over Veterans Day and we went to Texas Roadhouse for the special (I'm an Army Veteran). I have never seen such dedication and kindness to Veterans at any business on this very special day. They had a slide show with music, t-shirts on every employee that said "serving those who serve" and the food was amazing. Not only did I get a free meal but they treated my granddaughter to one also. I was so touched by their kindness. I have been to other locations in other states but this one was the best of the best. Our server was very kind, though had trouble checking in on her tables. We ordered a medium rare steak that came out medium well. We live right next door to the place and last time our takeout was so cold... it literally takes 1 min to get home so no reason the food should be that cold. Tonight we order take out again. My son had the Fort Worth 12 oz steak, hubs ordered chicken critters and I had the two pork chop dinner. My sons steak was fine no issues he was happy. My husband normally gets 6 chicken critters in his meal, tonight there were only 4 and an overload of fries. My pork chops were so small I thought they were chicken tenders and they were so burnt and dry. And.... we were not given any honey butter for the rolls. Worst experience at Texas Roadhouse to date. Starting to look for a new favorite restaurant. As a note they were not that busy this night either. No reason for the mistakes and poor customer service. read more

We had a minor hiccup and had to switch waiters (West Texas ), but we were on our way, and things went fine. Our food was hot and made to order. Being a former waitress of TXRH I love the food and specifically came to watch the NFR. I asked if we could switch one of the three TVs facing my direction to that channel only to be told no, that someone else requested the Dallas Cowboys already. I understood but asked if the other person really needed all three TVs to watch the same game? They said it's because one remote controlled all three, confused and annoyed I let it go and sat backwards to watch the NFR on the screen behind me. That would NEVER happen at the TXRH I used to work at. Management needs to step it up. read more

Writing this review solely for the hospitality. Brought my fam in from NY tonight and it would be an insult to call how we were treated by our server hospitality. We were seated and given bread. Someone came to give us plates, but as we were handing them out, we noticed that they had dried ketchup, mayo, and oil still on them from previous visitors. Nice to know this is how this restaurant washes and sanitizes their dishes during a PANDEMIC. Our server greeted us and rushed through his intro. He was abrasive and really short with us. At the end of taking our drink order, I asked if we may have new, clean plates and his reply to me was, "well obviously I'm not the dishwasher so.." and walked away. Aubrey ran our food and she was very pleasant. Tina, the manager came out and checked how we were doing. How are you the manager and the dishwasher is not properly sanitizing their dishes? I did not want to say anything because we just wanted a nice meal for the night. I will be posting this review on all platforms as well as the survey requested on the receipt for corporate. Tina, is this how all of your front of house employees act? Texas Roadhouse corporate- did you set the criteria bar so low for employees whom you call "Legendary Trainers" and allow the same to mentor current and future employees with that type of attitude?
