Hands up! Always the best for steak, service and vibe My go to for rib eye, is capital grille or roadhouse... it depends on the vibe, but steaks in both places are equally delicious

We couldn't believe how busy it was on a Wednesday thankfully we did the waitlist which is super helpful. We got seated fairly quickly for how busy it was. The food was amazing. The service was great. The bread is absolutely incredible. We all loved our meals and ended with a strawberry cheesecake!

This location is incredible. We went on a busy Wednesday night there were people waiting outside and they had us seated in less than 10 minutes. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was incredible as always. Always enjoy the vibe and country music playing. I lived in Texas for 5 years and it really does have a great Texas feel. The steaks are amazing and their deviled egg appetizer is the best!

Kelsey took care of us and made our night smooth! Damien, the manager came by to check on us and made sure everything was good. Love the food and the service here. They always take care of us.

I have not been to a Texas roadhouse in so many years, however this is where my friend wanted to go for dinner tonight. The wait time was not too bad we got there early enough however the line was quite long when we left. The hostess and I wished I got her name was outstanding! Very pleasant young lady who was communicative and friendly Our server, though I did not get his name was nice enough. Not as communicative but polite. My friend had the fillet which he very much enjoyed. He asked for it on the medium well side, but it came out a little too pink. If you ask me, however it was the one eating it. It did look very juicy. I had the chicken which I have to say very sadly was extremely extremely and worth a third repeat extremely salty. Salty enough that I knew I could not eat it. The waiter was very kind asked me if I wanted something else and I said no the vegetables were sufficient. The manager visited our table when we first got there, and then when she learned of the chicken and like the waiter, she too, offered the opportunity for something else. I did not realize how large this restaurant was, and how deep it goes back. Love the natural wood look!

Texas Roadhouse is one of my family's favorite places to frequent. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the service is beyond expectation when seated at the bar! This visit was just that! I wish I could remember our bartender's name but it is only listed as PM BAR. I always like to recognize the most memorable servers if I can! This time, I'll just give the entire bar staff all the props! I can honestly say that I've never received my meal with any part of it incorrectly made when being seated at the bar! I don't know if it's that fact that patrons are in a closer proximity to the bartender when the order is being taken (they can hear the order more clearly) or if they are just more attentive in general. This location seems to be the cleanest location in Jacksonville, as well. I never have to brush food from the seats in the booth or re-clean the table top/bar top before touching it. That's a BIG thing for my family with all the children we have joining us. Outback used to be my favorite steakhouse.... That would've NEVER happened had Texas Roadhouse been around 20-30 years ago! ROADHOUSE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

We didn't get bread until our dinner came out. The cactus blossom was overcooked and our meals were room temperature at best. Our server completely neglected us because she had a 7 party table. She did apologize in the end. The other staff members jumped right in to take care of us once we flagged them down.

This Roadhouse is always busy. The food is what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. STRANGELY! They serve "Fall off the bone Ribs," BUT! They don't serve baked beans, or coleslaw, or cornbread! ???? The atmosphere is standard Texas Roadhouse wood. The catfish is tasty. The breading is nice, but the breading overpowers the fish. It needs half the breading they put on it.

Love going to this Texas Roadhouse! Everyone is super friendly even though it's so busy EVERYtime we go! My usual is the steak kabobs with rice and a choice of side, fries pickles and a pint of beer. And can't forget the endless amount of rolls with delicious cinnamon butter... The wife got an All American cheese burger with a side of broccoli. Her burger was cooked to the perfection of medium. Never disappointed with the food and service here!

Wonderful dining experience with server Lamont! He was very attentive and provided exceptional service. The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I dine out a lot and were truly amazed by the service and left him a 25% tip. Our drinks, appetizers and entres came out in lightning speed and made to our specifications. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Always a great meal and fast, friendly service here. The rolls were hot and fresh as ever, the rattle snake bites (fried jack cheese with diced jalepenos) were tasty and enjoyable with the right amount of heat, the side salad was just right (no egg), the 8oz sirloin with onions and mushrooms was perfect and the loaded baked potato was perfect as well. This was way too much food to eat in one sitting so I enjoyed the potato and some rolls as leftovers the next day. The half and half sweet/unsweet tea went perfectly with my meal and they weren't too crowded around 3:30 on a weekday. This place keeps up its streak of awesome meals and I'll be back here again when I'm in town.

Mhmmm Bread, Mmhmmm Steak, Mhmmmm and cinnamon sugar butter! Took wifey for date night, she got a sirloin and I got a nice ribeye. Roadhouse always has a very good sear and season on their steaks. I ordered a medium rare and came more so on the blue rare side but that's what I wanted anyways but our server was very apologetic and offered many times to have it redone. That is the type of things that stick with me to come back to a certain restaurant/company

I got the German chocolate cake (this apparently isn't their normal one) and my husband got the dulce cheesecake. The waitress we had was great, and she recommended lots of tips and favorites to try. Our waiter, Evan, was very proactive & offered suggestions with menu items. We started with some cocktails, the gentlemen with the cider beer & an old fashioned. I chose a glass of bubbly & the birthday girl had the fizz cocktail. It was incredible with a fresh blackberry puree. We started with the fried green tomatoes & the calamari, both were delicious! Calamari was prepared well and not too chewy. We shockingly each chose a salad: the bistro steak, the chop chop Asian, the goat cheese, and the salmon. Each one was incredible. Mine was the chop chop and I absolutely loved it! It was HUGE and you can bet I ate every single bite. Loved it!' We finished with the brownie topped with ice cream for the birthday girl, it was extremely tasty! Thanks again to Evan for making our night! He was a fantastic waiter! Would absolutely request him in the future.

I was pleased with the overall appearance of the dining area. It was intimate and felt romantic...at first. The place is nice but it doubles as a lounge after maybe 10pm or so. This made what started out as a romantic dinner, turn into a rush to get home. It became super crowded near where we were seated and the service became stretched. The food was good. There was complimentary bread that came with an olive oil dip reminiscent of Carabba's. For dinner I ordered tuna crudo, shrimp and lobster pappardelle , mushroom arancini, and brussel sprouts. I won't go as far to say that anything was mind blowing but the dishes tasted good. The pappardelle was the star it was balanced and loaded with fresh shrimp and lobster throughout. The mushroom dish was pretty much a risotto ball that was breaded and fried. The tuna crudo was okay, fresh but lacking acidity and umami. The brussel sprouts were charred nicely and came with a yogurt sauce. There was an array of dinks. Cocktails, wine, champagne service, and two bars to sit and have drinks or dinner. I ended up getting the Sirocco cocktail x2. The drink was made well and tasted good. I would definitely give Cataluna another shot, just not so close to party time. This place is great though if you like upscale lounge vibes with food. If you want to try something different for a late meal or hangout, make Cataluna a destination to try

For dinner I got the braised short ribs, my husband and brother in law both got the chimichurri steak, and my sister got the pork schnitzel. I've been looking forward to the braised short ribs all week. I was a bit disappointed that when I bit in, it appeared to be pretty bland. Normally when I get this meal it's bursting with flavor. My husband and BIL enjoyed their steaks. My sister enjoyed her schnitzel, but said the pork could have been a bit thinner. We ended the meal with their skillet cookie. Typically the cookie comes out piping hot, but on this occassion, while the skillet was hot, the cookie wasn't. We'll give them another shot, but I was a bit disappointed this time around.
