I have been to numerous locations in different states and this was probably the worse one I have been to. Like any other TRH it was a crowded for dinner but we were sat within five minutes. The issue I had was the quality of food. The burger tasted pre-made and the bacon was hard as a rock and salty. The ranch tasted different at this location compared to the one I go to in California regularly. The burger was ordered well-done and came to the table pink. Another issue I had was the service. They ALWAYS get the temperature of my steak right when I order a medium rare. It's never over cooked or under cooked just always juicy and delicious and HUGE portion sizes. This chain has always been my favorite place to celebrate my birthday. This being the first time, on my birthday @ Texas out of town, wasn't sure what to expect. The parking lot can be tricky, as this location is in a shared plaza with other businesses. Luckily, my boyfriend dropped me off, the location inside was massive, with fast service, and was seated right away. Personal shout out to Conner, our server, who provided remarkable, stellar, memorable customer service, from start to finish. The food was cooked perfectly, flavorful as always, and who doesn't love the hot, warm rolls??? Unlike local Texas Roadhouse, in WNY area, this location was privately owned and took care of me on my birthday. Hate to say it but most TRH have gone down hill. Service is usually pretty good but the steaks have gone Walmart quality. Had the prime rib last night. Thinner than my sock and over done. Ordered medium. Absolutely garbage cut of meat. Mostly fat and over cooked. Ordered the loaded mashed. They come in a tiny bowl. Sour cream and cheese pilled on top. The problem. They take cheese out of the fridge so you have warm ish potato's and ice cold cheese. As I was scraping into a pile the bartender asked "is there a problem". I told her the cheese was ice cold, she said ya. They chill it? All and all probably done with TRH when I travel. It's to bad because they used to be a go to on the road but their food is just not quality anymore. Also to note this is the first TRH I have been to...ever..that was mostly empty. Did a mobile order and the food was excellent and on-time. The concierge (younger male with blonde, curly hair) was extremely rude and unwelcoming by screaming at me asking, "what do you want?" I explained nicely that I was just looking for my food since nobody had greeted me or asked what I needed. He then proceeded to tell me to "get out." I used to work in food service so I understand we all have bad days, tough orders, etc, especially on a Friday, but this was unacceptable. I wrote to corporate and heard nothing back. I go to TXRH 2-3 times a month but usually to the McCandless or Monaca locations (and I usually dine in) and never have an issue. If you don't want me coming here, just tell me. Genuinely THE WORST experience I've ever had at a restaurant ever. First off our server (Erika) proceeded to take my 2 friend's orders and legitimately dart/run away before taking mine we were so confused. She came back after and proceeded to say "I can't believe I did that" Extremely odd behavior. I have a gluten allergy (celiacs) and made this clear to the server. She brought a salad with croutons and I noticed immediately and sent it back. Mistakes happen, but regardless even this should not have happened as it was blatantly obvious. She brought me another one and I did not see any croutons. I took a few bites and AGAIN I found a crouton. Forward to the manager coming over, she was already aware of the situation. She proceeded to the ranch on the salad I was eating contained gluten. My friends and I were astounded. She then said the server offered me oil and vinegar which NEVER happened. Obviously this was a lie and there was 0 mention of this containing gluten otherwise I would have not ordered it?! May friends and I have all worked in the restaurant industry for 8+ years and managed many places. It is completely unacceptable for you server to not know the menu and allergies. She needs to be immediately fired for outright poisoning me. The manager took 0 accountability and made herself the victim. Saying how bad she was of a manager etc. when we made it known how unhappy and not okay this situation is. I asked her to take my food as I did not feel safe eating it and she proceeded to aggressively throw it in the trash loud enough for us to hear from our table. I've been there a couple of times. My meal consisted of filet mignon with mushrooms and onions, baked potato and green beans. Everything was amazing. Nice portions, great tasting and very satisfying meal. The service was great each time I had gone and the ambiance was perfect. We came to Texas Roadhouse after a long week of working to treat ourselves to a delicious meal! My girlfriend was craving their bread rolls and butter, as those are always the star of the show when you come here. We also ordered the fried pickles appetizer than came with a ranch dipping sauce. I would've preferred if the pickles were a little crispier, but they were really good nonetheless. Than, I had their chili which came with cheese and onions. The chili was super delicious, and was just the right size before my main course. The girlfriend opted for the house salad. Her salad was good! For our main courses, I got the Filet with Fresh vegetables. The filet was cooked perfectly medium rare as I had asked, and the vegetables paired perfectly with the deep meat flavor. My girlfriend got the ribeye with steak fries, her go-to order here! It was also cooked perfectly, but again it would have been nicer if the fries were a little crispier. The only reason why I have one star was because I had too and the only good service that my husband and I received was when we first came in from the hostess that seated us. We are from Texas and this was the worst service that we have ever received from a Roadhouse. Jenna was our waitress . She really need to work on attentiveness to her customers. My husband ordered an alcohol beverage and she bought it to him about 20 min later. She said that she forgot about it. She brought out food to the table but gave us each others food, so we switched plates. We wanted to tell her about our steaks because they was almost burned and rubbery . we asked for medium well. Also, we asked her for Heinze 57 sauce she said okay and never returned, My husband had to get up from the table and go find someone near the kitchen to give us some. It was an awful experience. We was never asked how our food was nor refills. At that point it didn't matter because hardly no one was around and she only had one table and that was us. She was ghost the entire time we was there. At the end she came to bring us the check and we was scared that we wasn't going to get that . I asked for a to go cup before she went to get the ticket , she came back without it and I asked, where is my to go cup and she was like oh and went and got it. Then went to a table behind us and sit down and started talking to another female employee that was sitting down with cleaning products . No one was in our section. Usually I would ask to speak to a manager, but at that point it would not have helped and I was ready to go. Please train on attentiveness. My girlfriend and I decided to have lunch since I have not eaten here in a long time. One of the nice things they offer is during the week they have lunch specials off their regular menu at a reduced price. They have a get on the waitlist on their website but in our case we were seated right away. The two of us split the onion appetizer better known as the cactus blossom which comes with cajon sauce for dipping. It was very good. Course we ended up taking it home since there was so much of it. We had rolls with it that came with honey cinnamon butter. That butter was very good. For our entrée we each decided to with the "smothered chicken". This is basically a chicken breast topped with onions, mushrooms, and topped with your choice of cheese or gravy. For our sides we ended up with a house salad and steamed vegetables. I really enjoyed their tossed salad. In addition to lettuce you get chopped eggs, tomatoes, and grated cheese on it. It was really fresh. Our chicken was big and delicious! Portion sizes I noticed were generous. You get plenty to eat here! Service was spot on. We had really no trouble. Texas Roadhouse is a ziosk restaurant meaning there is a small video reader on your table where you can pay your check without having to wait for your waiter. Texas Roadhouse is also a chain restaurant and you can find them in other cities. We truly enjoyed our meal here and looking forward to dining here again. read more

I've eaten here a few times following a day at Top Golf and it's always been great. Food arrives in a nice manner and staff is great. Started out with a Cactus Blossum. They didn't peel the onion. The entire outside of it wasn't edible. Showed the server, she smiled and said well at least you could eat part of it. Then she said I guess you want me to take it off the bill. We had three orders of the rib dinner. Even though the ribs were cold, they were very good. All the sides came cold. I never did get my baked potato. When I was served my food the server said my potato still had ten minutes. When we asked for the check 35 minutes later she said the baked potato still wasn't done and would I like to wait and have it for a take out. my family and I are here at Texas Roadhous.e. We waited for over a hour for our food. That's after we got the manager! However, our steaks were luke warm and my daughters was cooked wrong. The manager apologized and took our steaks. In the meantime, people are being seated, getting their food and eating! It took a very long time I actually had to get upset and hyper before someone got manager and she finally brought us our food. GUESS WHAT?? My steak was well done so I only ate a few bites!! We ended up being there for close to 2 hrs! The customer service was horrible with the exception of our waiter he did his best to get our situation rectified!! I came here with a friend for her birthday earlier this year. It was my first visit to a Texas Roadhouse in a while, as I'm the first to admit that I'm not enough of a carnivore to be a regular at this particular chain. (I don't avoid it by any means, I just don't frequent it, either.) For my dinner I ordered a BBQ chicken combo with ribs, which was a decent choice. The ribs are the primary reason I'm leaning toward "ok" on the food. They were tender and enjoyable enough, but I had hoped for a little more flavor in them, as ribs are a rare treat for me. The chicken ended up being the more memorable part of the combo, as it was perfectly cooked with the right amount of seasoning and sauce - very tasty. As for the service, our waitress left a great impression. She was attentive, and she happily put in for a replacement steak when my friend's medium rare order came out well done. A replacement was brought to us by a manager who wanted to make sure the meal as a whole was satisfactory, so clearly the staff were paying attention to their restaurant that night. It was nice to see that given the number of other complaints on Yelp about incorrectly cooked orders. Based on the food and service during my visit, Texas Roadhouse is a solid 3.5 in my book. The service was definitely good. Admittedly some of my food was more on the "meh" side; but considering how affordable this place is for the amount of food that I got, the combo was still a good deal overall. (Since the combo came with a couple sides of my choice as well, I ultimately boxed up about half of the meat for later.) I would definitely consider returning if the right mood struck me - particularly since I know they'd fit into my budget more easily than other steakhouses and BBQ establishments. read more

Out waitress was no where to be found and when she did come by there were major issues. One person had to ask for their salad multiple times. One persons burger was not cooked properly and had to be sent back twice. I asked for plain green beans and was given the bacon ones. They were soaked in grease. I asked again for plain but never got them. Drinks were never refilled. To top all of this off the floor was disgusting. When I went inside asking for the rest of the butter she rolled her eyes at me and refused to give me the butter I paid for.
