Warning!!!! This is an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company! (If you can call them a company!) The jerks at…read morethis place NEVER answer their phones! And their mailbox is usually FULL! And when you finally are able to leave a message, they DO NOT return your calls! This crap place had us so GXXdamn Frustrated because they would not ever bother to give us an update on the status of our HVAC repair! And they're out hidden in the country somewhere so you can't just drive up to their business to get a status!!! You have to have "Faith and Hope" to keep yourself sane when dealing with them! Yes, they did send out a (young dumb rookie) technician in less than a week initially, but then it was crickets for a couple of weeks after that with NO UPDATES as to what the situation was with our Home Warranty! They didn't even give a SHXT that it was 105 deg F weather and our whole family was dying of heat with NO AC AT ALL for 2 months total, even though I pleaded for a reply of some kind!!! In the end, their moron technician actually mis-diagnosed the problem, stating bad compressor and bad condenser fan. But when they smelled that the actual bad parts would be covered under MFR warranty, and that they wouldn't be making enough money off of me, the ASSHXLES simply walked away and canceled the entire repair with my home warranty company, without even asking my opinion to ask me if I wanted them to come out and install the new parts sent to me by the condenser manufacturer! I ended up having to fix the condenser unit MYSELF!!! And NO, the compressor and fan were NOT bad at all! Stay AWAY from and AVOID these TOTAL IDIXTS as they are only out to make a buck and don't care about your families!!!!! They left me so madddd and stressed out, as you can tell!!!

Great job, great Company!…read more Recently, my wife and I interviewed many different Bathroom remodelers in the Austin area. We chose ATX for a good reason. I finished a bathroom remodel with Koren and Daniel in March 2025. The process of getting there was painful in terms of communication and steering, but at least the shiny new bathroom they initially delivered was not bad. However, in September 2025 the shower tiles started popping out of the floor. I texted them and they had to come in and replace it. Okay maybe it was a one-off. But then less than a year later, by April 2026 the *replaced* tiles started popping out again. I tried dealing with it myself with tile glue, but other tiles kept popping out. I texted them again in August, and this time they said that they stand behind their work for only one year from the original project date, and I need to pay $1200 if I want them to fix it. Notice that it hasn't been 1 year even from the replacement date. It's really not worth it. Go with the slightly more expensive contractor they will do the job right once and for all.

Well the day of he calls to basically cancel, saying that his crew is behind on jobs. Then he sends his "painter manager" over to my house who came in with what looked with her daughter. I was expecting a crew or some sort to start setting up the house to paint. Then she tells me what she was told was going to be painted which did not include everything we had established. He basically was only going to do about half the job for the same price of $3000. I fired them right on the spot. Do not do business with this man or his company. He doesn't know how to run a business.

Hired thru Thumbtack for exterior house painting and wood rot repair…read more Slow, unsafe, and sloppy work, unwilling to listen to our concerns, missed appointment with no courtesy call, hostile attitude. Freddie was friendly upfront, but went straight to "see you in court" and "I'll file a lien tomorrow morning" when glaring mistakes and unfinished work was pointed out instead of trying to resolve the problems. He was asked to leave the property when his temper flared up after I politely questioned his logic. We paid $700 as a deposit, which we informed him we are willing to give up just to be done with this "buyer beware" nightmare. We will definitely have the work redone AND finished by a different contractor. I don't know why we have to go through all of this for expecting a job to be done and done right. We would have given All Things Handy a 2 star rating (Poor) for the work, but Freddie's attitude reduced it to 1 star. We have lots of photos of this job as evidence of our grievances and would gladly share with the public.
