A godsend! I have a new Cub Cadet 48" lawn mower bought after becoming disillusioned with the lawn services available in The Woods, a neighborhood west of Georgetown, north of the lake. Those we'd tried charged a lot but did as little as possible, and often didn't show up until the lawn had become a scraggly mess. No more! This spring we decided to give Keller a try, having seen their truck in the area, and have been happy ever since. Everything about them was professional and first rate, from their survey of our property and estimate, (more than competitive with others we've used, btw) to the way their crews execute their jobs swiftly and competently. They even blow non-mowing debris -- flower petals, leaves and such -- off of our full-house-width covered back porch! A big job we don't have to do anymore! We have a hillside acre of Bermuda grass, big trees, shrubs and retaining walls that now looks like a park. In short, Keller comes when they promise, do an excellent job quickly and professionally, and for a more than fair price. And our property has never looked so good! We are delighted to have found them and would recommend them for any similar landscape maintenance job without reservation! (Still have the lawn tractor in the garage. The crew Keller sent out were unprofessional and uncooperative with reqeusts. When trimming a boarder of boxwood shrubs they walked all over the daylilies planted next to the boxwoods, didn't seem to even notice they were crushing other plants. They spray chemicals to kill weeds next to plantings of flowers damaging or killing desired plants. They continue to do this even, after multiple requests that they not use those chemicals. They put on masks and spray chemicas next to pools that are being used by multiple people, who are unmasked. When asked to stop, they moved awau a bit, but they were downwind, so the unwanted exsposure continued. They used gas powered leaf blowers generating fumes that the wind carried directing over the occupied pool, triggering asthma for one person in the pool. When asked to stop, the moved away slightly, but again downwind, which continued to espose the people in the pool, including the person having breatong problems. After people left the pool area the crew also moved on to work in another area of the property. The crew could have chosen to o work in another area until the scheduled activities in the pool ended, the return to workint around an unoccupied pool area. A phone call was made to the phone number on the side of the truck the crew was using and a message was left with a request for a call back, 12 hours later, still no response to the phone call. The crew spoke very little English and either did not understand request made to them or simply chose to continue with their inappropriate behaviors. read more

I recently had 4 tree's installed in my back yard by Keller Landscaping. I honestly had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Nick told me when their trees were going to be installed and they arrived just as he promised and was able to install them in a timely manner like we agreed in the beginning. His crew arrived early and promptly ready to install the tree's wherever I saw fit. The crew members all had great attitudes and were extremely patient throughout my indecisiveness for where my trees should exactly be placed. Between calling Nick, not once, but twice to confirm the installation location of my tree's, I greatly appreciated everyone willing to work with me and ensure my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Towards the end of the tree installation I asked the crew to fill in some holes I had around my yard with the extra dirt that was removed during the installation process. I offered to pay them more but they refused with a smile and said they'd be happy to help me fill those holes. Outstanding customer service, execution and follow through at the end of the job. March 2nd we signed a contract with Keller to build a patio. We did not hear from them for months and we assumed it was due to COVID shutdown. May 1st we called them to see where we were in the process. As it turned out they had not shut down and for some reason decided not to communicate with us. The Sun City association had approved the patio in March and the city of Georgetown approved it in April. We were working with Daniel and he made no attempt to contact us. They started the project in late May, and they still did not communicate with us throughout the process. The only reason we are giving them a 3 rating is their stone masons were unbelievable. Their dedication to excellence made this whole experience worth it. We are very happy with the product but feel the business side of this transaction was lacking. read more

We have used Keller lawn service for over 5 years and recently the quality of service has greatly improved with the addition of Mr Ricardo Nunez who handles the fertilization and chemical applications on the lawn. He contacts us to inform when anything is applied, answers any questions, and makes sure we know when the fertilizer should be watered in. Ricardo is a great communicator. In one word Frustrating. Big on promises and no delivery. Nick will come out and promise the world, turn it over to his staff where your concerns promptly get ignored. Since we signed on for the deposit on our landscaping install we have had to call, email, text, call and get mad to get anything they promised done. 6 weeks ago the dead plants were to be replaced in a couple of weeks. I spent about 4 hours a couple of day ago getting my yard ready for spring, mowing, trimming and raking leaves (from my neighbors trees mostly), had it looking real sharp. Then today the neighbor had Keller come do his yard, when they were done, his looked great and mine looked like crap, mainly because they blew the leaves and clippings from his yard on to my yard, I told the young man I did not appreciate that and he made a feeble attempt to blow some of it back. Just to let you know, I've seen this done across the street too. They finish mowing and then blow the crap into the neighbors yard. My experience with Keller Landscaping has been horrible!!! Unfortunately I signed a contract for a year. I lived up to that contract - they did not. Pre-emergent and fertilizer did nothing. Contract indicated I would get a service in January - did not happen although I was charged $85 for January. They decided to combine January & February into one, but I paid for 2. Was told that was they way it was. Also attempted to only do the 1 service in February even though my contract said 2. Took pleasure in telling me so. No matter what I tried to talk to them about, I was always wrong and they took pleasure in telling me so. All in all, horrible service, no customer service and incompetent from the beginning. Very dissatisfied with this company from top to bottom. If you expect returned phone calls, clear communication, and on time starts, don't call this company. Their prices are high and the service we received was near the bottom. It was our experience that the owner had the attitude that he was doing us a favor by agreeing to do the job. When we got frustrated with the lack of service and communication, rather than calling to figure out what was wrong or how to correct that problem, he called to argue that his company had done nothing wrong. He was not present at any time during the negotiations, nor did we even talk to him until after we had decided to fire his company. Can't help wondering how the owner of a company can continue in business with the attitude that he had with us. He was rude, overbearing, obnoxious, loud, and unprofessional in his choice of words. There was no need for that. He threatened us that we would have "to listen to him or he would make it more difficult for us to get a refund of our down payment". He did refund the money but it was after he voiced several threats and displayed aggressive behavior. read more
